The Spa Plaza San Antonio

While staying at the Plaza, I bought a ticket to attend Poses at the Plaza. I stopped in the Spa to check that the class was indeed held at the adjoining Lawn. Aries was working the desk, and assured me that I was in the correct location, and immediately offered me a lovely cup of their signature tea to enjoy while I waited. Yoga with Crystelle was amazing! Later, I returned to the spa for a massage with Christine. I had the most amazing, personalized massage. Immediately after, I was offered refreshments, and had a lovely glass of complimentary champagne, macarons and fresh fruit in their relaxing lounge. Sparkling water, kombucha, and other treats were available. What a wonderful experience. I felt so spoiled.

Was greeted with a smile when showed up. I was scheduled for a pedi at 11 and a massage at 1. I asked if we could move my massage to noon. They were very accommodating and I had my massage immediately after my pedicure. When finished with paperwork was given tour of facility, taken to changing room (loved the feel of the robes) and taken to a waiting area. The waiting area had snacks, beverages and heated lounges with nice fluffy warm blankets. Relaxed and was not too long my technician came to get me. Both services were professional and expertly performed. I highly recommend this faculty for a spa day. Since 20 percent gratuity already included the prices are very reasonable.

I was traveling for work and wanted to give myself a little treat so I booked a pedicure appointment at the spa. From the minute I stepped through the door the staff were so friendly and accommodating! They have a waiting room with glorious heated loungers and all sorts of devices to try (red light mask, VR goggles, etc.) as well as a good assortment of teas. If you’re a chronic early arriver like I am, it was quite the treat! Once I was escorted from my little lair of relaxation, I had the most amazing pedicure. Karina was so lovely, sweet and calming. Not only did she make my toes look fabulous, she also gave the most relaxing foot and leg scrub and massage. I almost fell asleep multiple times! To top things off, when it was time to leave, the front desk trio of Aries, Celeste, and Gloria treated me to a gift bag for my recent birthday. The whole experience felt surreal as I have never had such thoughtful and relaxing service before! I’m now rethinking all my past nail and spa experiences. P.S. all the items in the gift bag were amazing. If you need body oil or any sort of mellow perfumery- head to their store!

I had the most incredible experience during my stay at the Plaza San Antonio, especially at their spa. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Gloria at the front desk greeted me so warmly; she even knew my name before I said it. Her kindness set the tone for the entire visit. My esthetician, Karina, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so attentive. The facial itself was relaxing, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. She explained every step, answered all my questions with care, and made the entire service feel customized just for me. I left glowing, inside and out. Between the beautiful hotel, the exceptional spa, and the genuinely kind staff, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I can’t recommend Karina, Gloria, and the Plaza San Antonio enough! I’ll definitely be returning. ✨

Very friendly/professional staff. The soothing area before or between services is pretty small but not sure where they could add more seating. Super clean establishment. That is the only issue I had. We will definitely be back.

I was a bit nervous about getting my first facial treatment, but Sarah was an absolute star. She was so kind and professional, and she walked me through every step of the process. I was really impressed by how skilled and confident she was—the facial itself was amazing, and my skin has never looked better. I left feeling relaxed and impressed with the results. If you’re looking for someone who is truly exceptional at what they do, Sarah is the one.

Had a wonderful pedicure here with Karina! She was meticulous and did a fantastic job. I would come here all the time and request her if I lived closer. She was delightful and my toes and feet look fabulous. We matched my polish to my sandals and it turned out perfect. I arrived early and had the pleasure of chatting with Aries in the reception area. She is very personable yet professional and nice to chat with. I would highly recommend the spa and suggest you come early to enjoy the amenities.
