It was a pleasant experience at this day spa! The reception is welcoming and the environment is relaxing. You get your own lockers to put your items safely and securely away. The robe is thick and warm! Slippers for comfort too! The waiting area has light refreshments and comfy seating too! No attempts to service up which is good and bad because no recommendations for creams nor ointments. Karina was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She did excellent! FYI I booked online because I could not get through on their phone line.

For my first spa experience it was amazing. My massage therapist was a man from Honduras , accent amazing . I was a little scared that he would be rough because he was a man but he was delicate with every touch. I cannot wait to come back I am definitely going to make this a routine of mine

I will be frank. The massage I received was the worst massage I have received in almost 40 years. I’ve been to many spas, get massages weekly, and used to get massages by students when I couldn’t afford to pay a therapist. I was also not happy with check-in. However, I spoke with the manager, and she made it right. She ensured I had a fabulous facial. Danielle was fantastic! She set up an appointment with another massage therapist later today. Jaime was fantastic. I would say that if you go to this spa, make sure you are very clear what you are wanting so that they can connect you with the right therapist. Vanessa at check in later today was fabulous!! She was the one who originally took my call for a reservation. She put me with someone else, but the therapist was switched. They should have kept it as is.

Always a quiet, relaxing, lovely experience. My daughter treated me to two Swedish hot stone massages with Julia, a week apart. They were exactly what I needed! Julia expresses compassion through her touch, and that is very healing to me. I appreciate greatly her outstanding excellence in her skill. Thank you for two special sessions, both a delightful experience with Julia!

80 minute Swedish massage was just what I needed at the end of the work week! Easy to schedule. Totally relaxing from the moment I walked through the doors. Expectations met. Totally recommend!

Went for the first time today and had an incredible experience! Check in was smooth, the girl was very kind and welcoming. Nina did my Swedish massage with perfect pressure and really worked out my shoulder knots just like I needed. I was able to relax and drink champagne afterwards in the quiet room. This was the perfect treat for myself after taking a 7h test yesterday. Thank you guys! And anyone who goes, you’re in for a great experience.
