HOT HAVEN - Sauna Studio

I'm a regular at Hot Haven and honestly can't say enough good things about this place! The vibe is so welcoming and friendly – you can tell the staff genuinely care about creating a great experience. I'm all about the IR sauna cabin, and it's become my go-to spot for unwinding. What I love most is how clean and well-maintained everything is. You can just show up, get your sweat session in, and be on your way without any hassle. It's the perfect low-key, relaxing ritual that fits easily into my routine. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable spot to de-stress in San Diego, Hot Haven is the place. Highly recommend!

Tried this place for the first time and I had a wonderful experience! I book the lymphatic cleanse and I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who walked me through the process. I changed into the provided outfit and went into the treatment room. I laid down on the treatment bed and was strapped into the suit around my legs, torso and arms. The session was 50 minutes and the suit would squeeze from my toes up to my biceps. They provide a TV and all of the streaming services to make the treatment time fly by! I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely do it again! I would also come back to try out the saunas!

I've tried many different types of sauna studios and gyms over the years. Hot Haven and Jen provided one of the best experiences and sauna treatments I've ever had. Jen was personable, friendly, very knowledgeable about health and wellness, and overall exceptional at her job. I also preferred the sauna blanket over infrared saunas for heat distribution, privacy, and relaxation.

This place is by far my new favorite business to come and relax . I have chronic arthritis . The lymphatic drainage is amazing. Also the Infrared sauna and infrared wraps, have helped me with mobility in my body. I haven’t had any pain since I have been going to Hot Haven on a regular basis. This place clean and beautiful! I can’t wait to come back, I bought a membership so my husband and I can share it. That’s a Super experience we can do together! ❤️🔥❤️

This place is so lovely! Feels very luxurious. I did a membership for a bit, and i definitely would recommend. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to other expenses in my life. The cabins are comfortable, and have a TV! If you do a membership you can bring in another person for free which is an awesome perk. Hopefully I’ll get to go again soon

I have been looking into Grounding Mats and when I heard Hot Haven was now offering them I was thrilled to purchase one from them. Even after all my research I was still skeptical of what it says they can do. I have had it for the past week and use it regularly. I usually wake up throughout the night and have trouble falling back asleep, stress and worry always kept me awake as well. I have slept not only through the night but have slept great. My energy level seems to have increased as well. My husband has back pain and he has noticed an improvement and so far the pain has lessened. We now live in Texas and unfortunately we don’t get to have the benefits of going to Hot Haven regularly, thats a whole other review how great the Hot Haven studio is, but knowing I can order their Wellness Tools online has been wonderful. I have ordered from Hot Haven many times and it has made great Holiday and Birthday presents as well. I absolutely recommend the grounding mat and all the other wellness tools too. If in San Diego I also recommend the sauna studio.

Definitely a must go if you’re in the area. I tried both the infrared sauna and the lymphatic cleanse massage. My body felt at ease after wards. And I know it helped with my swollen lymph node and reduced the swelling under armpit. You will definitely work up a sweat in the sauna. Customer service was wonderful. Atmosphere was very serene and zenful. When I come back to Cali I’ll def revisit.
