The Hidden Spa Wellness Center

I had an incredible experience at Wellness and Health Center with Hulu, the owner and holistic practitioner. From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm and safety. Hulu has a truly special presence and creates an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. His holistic approach is thoughtful and intentional, and you can tell he puts his whole heart into helping people feel their best—mind, body, and spirit. What makes this place unforgettable is the vibe Hulu has created. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and completely unique. He takes the time to listen, understand your needs, and make sure you feel at ease throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and dedicated to the well-being of others. I would highly recommend Wellness and Health Center to anyone looking for a truly meaningful and healing experience. Hulu has created something very special. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an absolute experience!!! I came to Ocean Beach, CA for a little fun in the sun and found this beautiful hidden gem! I have never in my life had a facial treatment before and I tell you it was absolutely amazing! Patty was my aesthetician and she was kind, sweet and explained everything during the treatment. The atmosphere was more than tranquil, it was absolutely blissful!. I highly recommend coming here and enjoying the same experience I had or even better. Everyone is warm. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable of holistic healing so if you’re interested in relaxation and good energy, this is the place to be!

I had an amazing experience at The Hidden Spa. From start to finish, the service was truly 10 out of 10. I got stuck in traffic, and the young lady who was my massage therapist kindly waited for me, which I really appreciated that alone says so much about their level of care and professionalism. The massage itself was incredible. The music, the oils, and the hot stones all worked together perfectly and helped me release so much stress. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and at peace. I definitely recommend The Hidden Spa and I will absolutely be back.

This place is worth more than what they are charging!!!! I booked my sister a 60 minute Swedish massage for her birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. Though I had mentioned to them that it was her birthday gift while scheduling the appointment, I wasn’t expecting anything other than possibly a happy birthday. However, they surprised my sister and I when they hung up decorations and provided two pieces of cake with a side of sparkling apple cider in a mini private room (pictures provided). I was shocked and I can’t express how grateful I am for them! Plus, my sister loved her massage and felt so relaxed after. They truly live up to their name because this is a hidden gem that deserves so much more recognition!! Thank you!

Love this spot. Eduardo is a healer. I came in with chronic pain and got a deep tissue from Eduardo. He was really kind and dedicated to helping me out using different modalities. I felt significantly better after just one visit. I thought I needed medical attention but turns out I needed someone who was super skilled in body work to help me out. I have gotten other treatments here and brought friends. Always get rave reviews. I value my self care and recommend this place. Support local!

We went here for a couples massage and it was fantastic for both myself and my husband. I have TMJ and upper back pain and my husband has back pain and the massage therapists really helped our issues. It was such a relaxing experience too. We highly recommend this spa!

Hubby and I went to get massages while vacationing in San Diego. Best day of the trip. Massages were great. I got a facial too and it was amazing. They offer other wellness services as well. They surprised us with a little cake and cider for our anniversary. It was a really special experience. Pretty sure we’ll come back next time we’re in town.
