Alchemy Springs & Sauna Garden

nothing is fully perfect - but Alchemy Springs ALMOST is! I would give 5 stars if the sauna were as hot as my body desires, but given the fact that they are in a period of growth and expansion, I know and believe it will get better! The Yoga room has an exceptionally good acoustic for soundbaths... WOW! thanks Alchemy for existing in SF and can't wait for more adventures with you

Alchemy Springs is my favorite place. The moment you walk in, it feels like an oasis. The people who work here and who come here are wonderful. I left NYC and was seeking my 'othership' and I'm so glad to have found Alchemy, It is it's own vibe. I am excited to see how this place grows once it's actually done. The founders are excellent and I am confident they are going to keep making this place even better even though it is already at 5 stars in my book 🙂

Alchemy Springs is a breath of fresh air in the middle of the inner city. As a resident of Lower Nob Hill, I am sooo grateful for this space and their beautiful community. Sarah’s yoga and workshops are incredible! The Sauna Garden is a dream! You have to stop by, whether you’re a Bay Area Resident or just someone visiting SF 😍

The best sauna SF has which doesn’t really say much given the dearth of them here. Sauna is okay but how can you really go wrong there. Found clumps of hair in cold bath which has still water containing loads of other people’s sweat. On the upside nice selection of teas and heated chair.

If you're looking for a peaceful and restorative refuge in the middle of the city, Alchemy Springs is the place for you. I recently went with my bf and a friend who've been multiple times, and I wish I had come sooner. The overall experience from start to finish transported me into a state of relaxation and ease. The spaces are inviting and open, the sauna room is hot and clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I loved sitting in the heated benches in the outdoor garden after the sauna and getting to know others. I'll definitely be coming back and want to do so regularly!

I never thought I’d be the type of person who could enjoy a cold plunge — but I surprised myself. Sina and Nahal’s Contrast Therapy experience helped me move through discomfort with presence and calm. I left feeling less stressed, clearer minded, and carrying a deeper sense of trust in myself. Alchemy is a true slice of paradise in the Tenderloin from the moment you walk in you feel safe secure and comfortable. The sauna is incredible. The warm benches are so soothing and the hot tea feels like medicine for the soul, but what really makes the place shine is the people genuine kind heart centered and committed to creating a space of wellness in a part of San Francisco that really needs it! Thank you to the whole alchemy team for everything you’re doing. This is more than a spa. It’s a sanctuary and a slice of paradise, with much Aloha!
