QUA SPA at SOMA GRAND

Initially discovered through Groupon, the exceptional quality of my first visit prompted a return. Today’s deep tissue massage was, without exaggeration, perfect. I particularly appreciate her unique technique; unlike many therapists who rely heavily on elbows and forearms, she uses a more refined approach that is highly effective. Furthermore, her transitions are seamless, avoiding the common issue of over-focusing on a single area. She followed my requests precisely, balancing the time spent on my back and arms beautifully. Her passion for her craft and dedication to client satisfaction are evident. I left feeling incredibly restored and have already decided to make this a monthly priority. I highly recommend her services.

Had the best experience at Qua Spa. My daughter and I went for facials while on vacation. The spa has all the modern equipment to improve your skin - oxygen, red and blue light, etc. my facial was only supposed to last an hour and she went an extra 30 minutes to make sure my skin was properly taken care of. My skin looks amazing - fine lines much less noticeable and my dry, red skin gone. My daughter got the anti acne facial and all her blackheads are gone. I can’t wait to come back.

3rd Update 🌟 Joey was absolutely above and beyond, I realized she is an expert on facial massage, and she has been doing it for 30 years! which I haven't done before since I don't trust anyone with my face. She was very vocal of each step and explained every step, devices, and products she used. I will definitely come back, and not only that, I'll recommend her to my friends and business partners. I will promote her SPA on my social platforms and social media as well. It is also important to mention how everything was clean and maintained very well! 非常感謝 再見 2nd Update Correction: Joey introduced herself as an SPA director, reached out to me, and offered a facial treatment in order to compensate for the first experience. I do appreciate how quickly she responded and how honest she was. 1st review. I mentioned several times that I wanted a softer massage due to my back pain before even starting. The lady that did my massage ignored that and said it was supposed to hurt, in a tone like I never had a massage before. I complained several times during the session as well. Now, I am experiencing even worse back pain. Avoid this place, in my opinion.

I treat myself to a spa day every year on my birthday, but only at Qua Spa with Joey have I ever felt truly renewed. After the massage, my whole body felt lighter and more relaxed. The facial left my skin soft, fresh, and glowing—I honestly felt younger! The space is clean and cozy, and Joey is both friendly and incredibly professional. Thank you, Joey! I got the Oxygen Anti Acne Facial after I came to the city for day one of Outside Lands. I chose this spa after researching for a week to choose what I felt would be the best service for the most affordable price. I am definitely not disappointed! She took very good care and paid attention to details I didn't expect. My whole body is aching from the festival, this was the most perfect way to relax. An enjoyable and peaceful environment, I definitely dozed off more than a few times during the treatment. I wish I lived close so I could come here regularly but I will definitely be back ❤️
