I have had great experiences with the staff here! I have worked most frequently with Holly getting laser hair removal who is always very knowledgeable and caring. Most recently, I worked with Feleg who was amazing! She was so patient, kind and understanding throughout my service. I did not do enough numbing cream so she provided me with ice to help and patiently waited for my skin to numb before continuing.

They were able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment. Holly and Jennifer were accommodating, professional and helpful.

My wife gets facials here and her lady Cristina always targets the spots she wants to see the most improvement on. The prices are affordable. She has been seeing Cristina for ten years and continues to do business with her because Cristina takes time explaining procedures and answering questions and most importantly, she is realistic about what type of results my wife will obtain from certain facial procedures . She doesn’t overdo it on with her suggestions for what to do with my wife’s face in order to make her look more youthful.

I love visiting Blu Cocoon-and not just because I leave feeling much more beautiful than when I arrived (which is probably why I've been using their services for the past 10+ years). I also love the friendly and professional staff, and it’s always fun to catch up with the amazing Cristina…a great artist and a fun person.
