I absolutely love getting my nails done with Kay. I have extremely thin and brittle nails, so having my nails filed is always nerve-racking for me. But I never have to worry when she is doing my nails! She is excellent at designs, shaping, and my nails last so long with her. She is gentle, detail-oriented, and consistent. I don't want any other artist doing my nails, and can't recommend her enough.
This is my first time coming to this establishment. Everything was clean and well presented and I was welcomed with a smile. Kathy did my gel x service. She offered me water and made sure I was comfortable before starting. She is so incredibly friendly! We talked the whole service and I feel like family now. She took her time to make sure I was happy with the shape of my nails. She made sure to put extra attention and detail to cleaning my cuticles and even did a special design. She said "close your eyes and I’ll show you when I’m done". When I opened my eyes, she put a beautiful flower perfectly placed. I was so pleased with how my nails came out. She truly works hard in her craft and does so with a positive attitude. I wish I lived around so I could tell all my friend to go to her. The best I can do is leave a review hoping it will encourage others to see her. When I travel back west coast, I’m coming straight to her for laughter and the most ADORABLE nails.
Uyen was a joy! She was attentive, helped me pick out the perfect colors, and was so friendly! It was nice just chatting with her as well as her service which was above and beyond! The atmosphere is nice and the salon us very clean. I would highly recommend!
My nail tech Brian is so so so amazing. He executed my idea perfectly and always makes sure I’m happy with how long and sharp my nails are. I cannot recommend him enough! He’s done some really amazing sets on me and I couldn’t be happier to have him as my nail tech!
Sophia created long black nails for my halloween look and she did a phenomenal job!! I didn’t have an appointment but they called me very quickly. Great experience and super friendly staff!! Looking forward to my next set.
I got my nails done about two and a half weeks ago, and to be honest, I’m extremely disappointed—especially considering I paid $125. Today, while doing something as simple as folding laundry, one of the acrylics completely snapped off. I didn’t hit my hand or damage the nail in any way, and my natural nail underneath wasn’t harmed, which tells me the acrylic wasn’t applied properly in the first place. What’s even more frustrating is that from the start, there were several issues I let slide. Every nail had visible rings of fire, which usually means the drill was used incorrectly—and that my nails have now been damaged. On top of that, there were specs sealed into the 3D design (including a random red one in a flower), and leftover black polish from a previous set that was never fully removed and ended up sealed under the new design. You can still see it on the sides of my nails. To make matters worse, some of the line work was incomplete—like on my pinky, where there’s an obvious gap in the design that was never finished. I honestly wasn’t planning to leave a review, but the acrylic actually breaking off after less than three weeks was the final straw. For the price, I expected way better quality, care, and professionalism. I believe the artist’s name was L*****. This whole experience was a letdown especially considering how much I paid.
Went to see Tina today for my dip powder nails with nail art. Another amazing nail art! She didn't disappoint. Love it! I also got a very relaxing pedicure massage from Vivian. Make sure to book your next manicure with Tina and pedicure with Vivian.
