CHI DAY SPA

I almost forgot why I stopped coming here 2 years ago. Looking at the reviews and still seeing my old review, made me realize they had switched management twice, for good reason. I am surprised this place hasn’t been shut down already. Once I arrived the masseuse kept pressing me and telling me I NEED to tip after the massage. I was like… okay… anyway we get to the massage and every 5 mis… keeps asking me for more tip. Once she could tell I wasn’t vibing , about 20 mins in, she kept hitting my head and gave me the most mediocre lackluster massage for $80. Yeah, that’s just their hourly price and they still want MORE tip. After ending my massage early, she blocked the door and said where’s my tip, I literally had to walk past her and out the door, with her saying the S word as I packed my wallet and money away. We did not speak nearly that whole hour and she kept getting up and walking out to answer the door, as well as kept saying that I was a new customer and not a "returnee". Please read ALL of the reviews and ignore the fake ones. It’s sad to say but I think the people that come here, know exactly why they come here. Saddens me you can’t go anywhere just for the simple convenience any more.

I've been visiting on and off for a year. I pay 80 for an hour and tip 50-it's worth it. Parking is in the back. The spa is clean, smells good and has soft, relaxing music. The rooms are softly lit and very private. As for the massage itself the masseuses are very professional, competent. I have ongoing back issues, so it's important that skilled hands work me over. The ladies are pleasant and attractive. A massage here is like a one hour vacation.

I highly recommend this massage parlor. The girls were friendly and kind, and their massage techniques were professional. The shop was also very clean, with soothing music playing, making me feel very relaxed. After the massage, I felt all the fatigue of the day disappear 😄 I'll definitely be a regular customer.

This is nice place in San Mateo, the massage was very professional and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It provides a comfortable retreat where you can relax and recharge. I highly recommend trying this place after a hard day's work when you're feeling exhausted. It's a great way to refresh your body and mind.

This Spa was amazing, best experience I have had at a Spa. The women that were working there were so friendly and beautiful, they made me feel very comfortable. I will be a regular client.

I was very impressed with the spa everything was new and clean massage rooms were large and well-appointed although I did not need to wait long for service I recommend an appointment as they seems to be very busy .
