Glow Sauna Studios

What an incredible experience! This infrared sauna studio is truly a hidden gem. The space is always immaculate, smells amazing, and feels like a peaceful retreat from the everyday hustle. Shawnta, the owner, is simply the best. She's warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the benefits of infrared therapy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ health and comfort. We absolutely loved our session and left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for. Looking forward to many more visits and building a lasting wellness routine here. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible experience at Glow Sauna Studios! The sauna itself was amazing, providing the perfect relaxation and rejuvenation. The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I especially loved the lavender refresher towels—they were such a luxurious touch! I’m already planning to return next week. Highly recommend!

Glow Sauna Studios is the best! I've had other memberships nearby and this by far is the best. Multiple memberships and packages to choose from! Easy to book, clean, they have makeup wipes, cold towels, drinks, filtered water and plenty of parking. The team is super nice!

I visited several sauna studios before choosing Glow – Sandy Springs, and the difference was immediate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Shanta, the owner, whose warmth and care set the tone right away. I was instantly impressed by the vibe of the studio — beautiful music, incredibly clean, and so welcoming. I’ve been coming since August 2025 and I absolutely love it — especially what it’s done for my skin and my mood. It feels like a little oasis where I can step away, slow down, and truly focus on my self-care.

Amazing experience at Glow Sauna Studios Grand Opening! 🌟 Everyone was super friendly, especially owner Shawnta 🙏. They had raffles and giveaways, and I was lucky enough to win one 🎉 I love that they offer innovative services like red light therapy, which helps with skin rejuvenation, pain relief, and inflammation. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. I highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their overall health and glow from the inside out 👍 5 stars!

I recently joined the Glow Sauna Studios membership. I have to say that the sauna sessions have made a tremendous difference in my health and well-being. I suffered from insomnia, after the loss of my Husband. After just one session, I could feel a positive change in my body. I felt calm, relaxed and was able to sleep through the night. Now after 10 sessions, I am a new woman, no more insomnia and I have a new lease on life. I am now energized and focused on getting in the best shape of my life! I also really love the facility. It is very modern, clean and peaceful so anyone can walk in and fell at ease. Shawnta, the Owner, is so pleasant, friendly and personable; she is knowledgeable and really cares for Clients. Joining Glow Sauna Studios is one of the best decisions for my health that I made this year!
