Today I visited here after a long time. The price has changed a little from before, and the room seems to have changed a little, so I’ll upgrade it to the review I left before. I had an aroma massage, and the person who served me today was very good at Jay‘s acupressure. She said that she worked at the Gangnam branch among the koo dong myung 12 muscle massage chain stores in Korea, and she also pressed my sore area well. The boss here was kind to me and everything was good.

Family Health K Spa, Great place to wash up with your family or friends, sit in the hot or cold water and chat and the closed space rooms are very cool, Jade room, Crystal Room, the Cold Room and the hotter Crystal Room was crazy hot. The Sauna really steams perfect, the individual shower spots are perfect for good scrubbing , they have standing showers and sitting kinds. Pretty amazing here, it’s cute quaint spot.

Massages are done in the wet area, expect it to be a bit cold if the towels get wet or not heated up, it can be noisy at times if there are chatty people in. There’s only 1 massage table in the men’s. Charlie made it as comfortable it could be for me. Good massage. Facility can be better, but it does the job for what it is. I find it pricey but I’m guessing it’s standard here. Incase you made arrangements online, I would suggest that you give them a call to confirm- bookings can be easily overlooked if it’s the older lady doing receptionist work. Overall not so bad.

Visited this Korean spa recently and had such a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting—really cozy and perfect for relaxing. It also wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even better. Everything felt calm and unhurried, which is exactly what I needed. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests’ experience and go the extra mile to make people feel at home. I was also really impressed with how clean and well-kept the shared bath area was. The setup was simple but thoughtfully done, and everything from the water temperature to the overall hygiene was on point. It added a lot to the whole experience. If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind, this spa is a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

I loved this place. I've never done anything like this before, but the employees were kind and helpful. The prices are very affordable and I think this might be my new favorite pit stop when I'm visiting the area. I loved going back and forth between the hot tub, steam room and cold tub. Sera did my massage and she was amazing. I also really liked the crystal room. Definitely give this place a shot.

I called to ask if I needed to make a reservation for the sauna. The woman who answered the phone was very difficult to understand and clearly didn’t speak English well. Instead of answering my question, she just made a reservation for me. When my friends and I arrived, she was very surprised that we only came for the sauna and didn’t want any massages. I had explained this over the phone, but she clearly didn’t understand. Then she started speaking to me in a very rude and aggressive way, asking why I only wanted the sauna and trying to pressure me into buying massages. Aside from the staff, everything else was fine — the place was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. And it’s so cheap 30$ 🙂

Extremely unprofessional experience. I scheduled a body scrub and massage well in advance and arranged my day around the appointment. When I arrived, I was told the person who scheduled it wasn’t there and they couldn’t accommodate me. There was no call, no text, no notice at all. I made the effort to be on time, only to be turned away without explanation or apology. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
