Went today for my first and only time and will never go back. It was the most painful massage I've ever had in my life. The guy didn't speak any English. He kept asking "isss ok?" And I said no, way too hard, but he never eased up. Now, hours later, my shoulders and back still hurt.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our individual massages here. We weren't sure what to expect, but they made us feel comfortable. The prices were very fair. Be ready to tip well.

I used to love this place and told so many people about it. It has gone downhill rapidly And prices have gone up with mandatory tipping. A couple of months ago I had a massage there, and the guy kept leaving me and going to help people at the front because I guess they were short staffed. I thought logically that he would make up the time but he didn't. Instead, they expect tips to be 25 to 35% or you won't even get a thank you. I typically am a good tipper and tip between 20 and 25%. I was not feeling so inclined after the very impersonal massage. The concept of tipping according to service is not in their Vocabulary . Expect belligerence. No one speaks English there. Had another massage a couple of days ago since I had a gift card to use up and this was just as bad. Their massage is by rote With no individuality. his manner was completely impersonal with no caring whatsoever. "turn over" was almost said as a command. When his touch became painful, I ask him to go easier. I asked three times and he laughed at me. After we paid with 20% tip, There wasn't a "thank you for coming" or any such thing - just silence I will definitely not be going back. Entered the building in a great mood, Left feeling beat up.

Came for a mother and daughter’s day!! All of our first times!! Did not disappoint! Loved it! Professional and absolutely amazing experience!!
