I hate to leave a bad review. This past weekend I walked in and booked a full set. My nails were in horrible shape. I originally asked for a full set of acrylics since my nails were quite weak and short. The tech suggested I do a full set of gel X. Thinking back I’m wondering if she suggested this as it would be a faster application process. Regardless I do think part of the issue was that she forgot to apply dehydrator to my nails. Two days have passed since the service and I have had three nails pop completely off. I’m so disappointed. I feel like I basically threw my time and $120 out the window.

Me and my wife visited this place during our 1st year anniversary celebration on Nov 18th, 2025. The staff and their service were amazing and very professional. My wife got their prenatal massage and I got their Deep tissue massage. Our experience was just amazing and relaxing. The ambiance and the atmosphere is very nice and soothing and very relaxing. I highly recommend their services as they have a lot of options. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with Dani Pecht at Milan Day Spa, and I couldn't be happier with my curly hair extensions. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my natural curl pattern and made sure the extensions blended with my hair. she also color matched perfectly. Getting them put in was comfortable and professional. The results are beautiful and natural looking. She sent me home with easy to follow instructions on how to care for, style and keep my hair healthy. She even offered to have me come in free of charge to help me style if I needed. She followed up with me post appointment as well to make sure I was fully satisfied. I have received so many compliments! It is clear that Dani truly cares about hair and her clients. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous curly extensions done right!!

Zuri gave the best manicure and is so fun to chat with! I felt, and was!, very well taken care of! My nails have never been so clean and pretty!

My hubs and I booked a couples massage while we were in town for his birthday. The massages themselves were great but we had a few concerns. First, I booked online and communicated by email with Catherine. She was helpful but I did request two female massage therapists on two occasions. She told me no problem. But the day we got there, we were told that we’d been switched to a male and female. Not what we expected. I specifically told my massage therapist I wanted no oil near my hair as we were going out for dinner. But she massage my ears and back of neck with oil and, obviously, oil was in my hair. Lastly, I have had many massages and never has a therapist not used gloves. These two did not and, as a result, I could feel her nails in my skin. Additionally there was a 14.40 charge in my credit card for card processing that we were not told about. As I said, the actual massages were very good but there were some concerns.

I’ve been going to Isabella for almost 5 years now for all my waxing and beauty services, and she has never once disappointed. She truly is the best! I recently got a pedicure from her, and just like everything else she does… it came out perfect. My feet feel amazing and look even better. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and so easy to be around. She always makes the experience comfortable, relaxing, and actually enjoyable. Every visit feels like a little reset for me. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her clients and consistently delivers amazing results, Isabella is your girl. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a couples massage here. My wife received and LOVED her stone massage performed by Vicky Demicco and I received probably the best deep tissue massage I've ever had by Kristen Shuls. Really enjoyed our relaxing time here and wished we had more time to experience more of the spa, BUT that's what the future is for and next time we vacation in Savannah we have both agreed we will be returning.
