Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

From the moment we checked in the experience was stellar. Elle started us off with a genuine heartfelt greeting and wanted us to feel welcomed! Throughout our entire stay each staff member was over the top in providing an opportunity for us to enjoy our time on the property. The massage experience at the Spa with Darcy could not have been better. I have been fortunate in having had numerous massages & Darcy is by far one of the best therapists I have ever encountered. If she is available during your stay, I highly recommend requesting her. She was a 12! The dining experiences were also over the top. Each meal we had was superbly prepared. The fillet I had at the Toro was one of the best steaks I have ever had anywhere in my life! Truly a 5-star experience! If you are considering a true "get away" opportunity I suggest you check out this unique location. I believe you won't be disappointed.

Our room was so quiet and dark that we slept in later than normal. Our room was larger than expected and had all the amenities. We appreciated the extra water and chocolate delivered to the room every evening. The outdoor bar with the fireplaces was a perfect place to end the evening. The service was excellent. And the meal we had at La Hacienda was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile.

As a Silver member who has stayed at multiple Fairmont locations, I would rate my personal experience with this location as mediocre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are nice and the bathrooms are well equipped. The room location we got was horrible. We were placed in the "I" building which is in a remote corner of the resort. I was definitely expecting a better room option as a silver member. Everything was a trek. We had driven in so we had to opt not to do valet and instead park on our own just to stay closer to the room. We booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the views. The room we were provided, in addition to distance from the main facility, did not have a view. It had a wall we could not see past when we were seated and even then, was a view of the driveway/ parking lot. Tip - If you are offered room 2429, you should definitely ask for an alternate option.

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about my stay. From the moment we stepped off of our shuttle to the moment we were dropped back off, everything was perfect. The only complaint is that I could not stay longer! The room was great. The concierge never let me down. The Gold Lounge was next level. So inviting and relaxing. I really hope to come back soon. I had such a lovely time. You really know how to make a for feel special and pampered!

Stayed at the Princess for my birbtday and had an amazing stay. The resort is so stunning and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming the entire stay. Food—delicious! Pools and Spa were 10/10. I will definitely be returning! They made my stay so special. Lauren at the front desk is an angel!

Booked 2 Queen bed Rooms in building I. Rooms decorated beautifully and each room was perfect for 2 gals to share. The bathroom was perfect for 2 gals to use at same time. The layout couldn't have been better. We were at the quiet end of the resort, the furthest from the lobby. Several conferences were at the resort and we were not bothered by them. The Plaza Bar was a fun spot to hangout for drinks and light bites. Starbucks available in the AM for a quick bite with coffee. As a self declared spa snob, I must say the spa was large, multi tier, and incredible. Everything we could have needed was offered. The roof top spa pool was delightful. Massage and facial were wonderful. $12 per day difference in self park vs valet. Just do the valet. It was easy and the car service was quick. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. A recommendation for the roof top pool food and beverage offerings would be to offer healthy smoothies and various non alcoholic drinks. I have enjoyed previously the Fairmont in Sonoma and Ghirardelli Square, but Scottsdale is my new favorite. We stayed 7 nights. We wish it had been at least 10 nights to fully enjoy all the amenities on the property. Highly recommend. Heads up....the dry heat will suck the moisture right out of you. Don't underestimate and stay hydrated and include electrolytes.

I go to Scottsdale a few times a year and this is my favorite hotel to stay at . The rooms are spacious and clean. They gym, fitness classes and spa are excellent. Great food options right on site. Beautiful well curated boutiques if you are looking to buy something to take home. Multiple pools. The service is impeccable-- the open the door of the vehicle you arrive in, take your bag, are kind, attentive and friendly. They offer a shuttle for small trips nearby and its is prompt, clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the property is large so you can get a bit of exercise just walking around.
