Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

All of the staff I met were so sweet and helpful. It was an incredibly relaxing massage, Jackie did amazing, she took care of a knot in my shoulder that has been bugging me for a few weeks and also made me so relaxed I fell asleep briefly! Will definitely be returning!

I've been going to Hand & Stone of West Seattle for about over a here, was here when they were still LaVida Massage. You really notice the changes and transition. I really enjoy coming for the staff, even before the transition. I've had wonderful experiences with the front desk and with the therapist that I have met before. I typically see Michael and when he is booked up, the front desk find alternative therapist for me to try and is always a good massage. They even do facials now as well, which was as relaxing as a massage would have been. I have even recommended my friends and family to come in to visit. Definitely would recommend coming in for a spa day!!!

Hit a 90 minute massage. Kerry is awesome, she focused on my pain areas and I left felling much more relaxed and pain free. This is my first time at this location as we just relocated to Seattle and left with a great impression

Carrie Collins always provides excellent massage services. She always starts by asking what, if any, concerns I have re: my body, listens well, and applies the needed techniques to address the area of focus.  We like to have conversations during the service, but she also adjusts when I tell her I need some quiet time.  Since she has been the consistent therapist since we became members, there is a high level of trust, safety and comfort in this relationship.

My neck and back have never felt better after seeing my therapist Grady. Professional, attentive, and overall a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The front desk staff, particularly Teri, are wonderful friendly faces that do a wonderful job to set you at ease for your service. Looking forward to my next appointment!

The new ownership/company change really lowered the quality of this place. You can’t schedule an appointment anymore without calls and texts trying to nudge your time 15 minutes earlier or later. And that’s if you even get your appointment - massage therapists constantly either calling out or changing schedules. Employees seem truly miserable. The business used to have a permanent sign. Now it has a cheap, temporary sign. In six months, who knows - maybe a different type of business all together? And they need your credit card number to book an appointment. Do the math.

I get a great massage and the therapists are responsive. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The tables and amenities are great too.
