Great experience, good atmosphere, very clean. I didnt get her name but the lady who did my massage was great, very friendly, thorough and attentive. Overall great massage.

I called to schedule a massage, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I was simply asking for pricing and availability for another day, but before I could finish speaking, she kept repeating "no openings" and then abruptly ended the call. To make matters worse, your website states that you’re open until 11 PM, and I called at 7:30 PM—well within your posted business hours. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business.

Karsa spa is an amazing place! I just walk in without an appointment and was taken right in. Newly renovated clean massage rooms and professional staff. The experience was relaxing and tranquil. Also, there is a private space for a shower if you need to clean up. Thank you Karsa Spa for all your had work in making such a special place to unwind. You should give them a try. I know you won’t be disappointed.

I walked into this establishment and requested a 60-minute massage, advertised at $70. I paid the full amount upfront per their policy. Once in the room, the therapist informed me she would only provide a 30-minute massage unless I paid more. I explained that I had already paid $70 for 60 minutes, as clearly stated. She then told me that $50 goes to her boss and $20 was considered her tip—before the service even began—and again asked for additional money to complete the full hour. Since I was already there and dealing with back pain, I agreed to proceed with the 30 minutes. The session ended after approximately 17 minutes. I’m not sure what kind of operation they are running, but the service was unprofessional and did not match what was advertised.
