Hot Tub Lady

Jacque did a great job helping us find the perfect salt water hot tub for our family. She was knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of each tub and thoroughly explained what models would be best for us. Highly recommend working with her!

If you are looking for a hot tub. Jacque knows her hot tubs and the competitor also. She did a fantastic job informing me on what I was looking for. Thank you Jacque!

Jacque is amazing! She shares so much knowlege on her social platforms that I was able to set-up my new hot tub quickly and easily by watching her videos and listening to her podcast. She has been right about everything! Her Hot Tub Clarity book is essential for any hot tub owner. I consulted with Jacque to find a solution to a problem. She was just a friendly and helpful in our consultation as in her videos! Her approach to serving the hot tub community proves she loves to help people. I cannot give Jacque a higher recommendation!

I’m a first-time hot tub owner and was out of my element when it came to all the chemistry involved in keeping the water balanced. So, like many of us I began researching on google, and soon came across "The Hot Tub Lady". Jacques videos were a wealth of easy to understand information (her book is a must read)! With her help I soon graduated from hot tub science 101, but now had advanced questions. I booked a 30 min consultation with Jacque. I highly recommend this affordable consult as it’s a real time 2 way conversation that finalized all my questions and I’m now confident & able to manage my salt water spa…..Thank you Jacque!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jacque! She has helped me purchase two used hot tubs over the past 10 years and went over and above to find me the right tub and, more importantly, ensure that I'm happy with everything well beyond the sale. I've felt well served and believe she really does care about making the customer happy. In addition, the team that delivered my new tub (and picked up my old one) were extremely professional and helpful in getting everything going before they left. More than I expected, to say the least. I'll continue to trust Jacque and team for any future tub purchases!

Jacque is terrific! I purchased a Hotsprings saltwater tub from my local dealer. I received a quick start guide but no other guidance about ongoing maintenance. I became confused and a bit frustrated with ongoing maintenance and water balancing. I discovered Jacque's Hot Tub Lady YouTube videos, which were very helpful. After a consult with Jacque, she got me straightened out and I feel much more confident in using the correct chemicals and when to use them. Your the best Jacque!!

Jacque is truly invaluable. I'm so happy to have found her in my search for a hot tub, which can be daunting. She can delve through the facts and fiction that can be encountered when searching for information on the internet. She makes buying a hot tub so much nicer and shares key things to know once you get it. Jacque rocks!
