Abby is so great at what she does! She made sure I was comfortable and informed before my session and I felt like a new person afterwards. We discussed how I was feeling before to make sure that the session was set up for success. Highly recommend!!

Abby is incredibly knowledgeable about the various tendons, muscles and ligaments. If you’re having any pain, she helps narrow down the issue, stretches you out and helps you narrow down the issue. Definitely give her a try!

GIFTED!! I don’t even know WHERE to begin for Abby!! She has helped me SOOO much!! I first met Abby doing STRETCH LAB in Sioux Falls, SD. I knew from the first encounter that she was so much MORE than just a stretch trainer! Abby did so much more than just teach me to stretch!! She really help me become more AWARE of how my body is as reacting and responding to life! Abby is so very literally "IN TOUCH" with each client! One size DOES NOT fit all!! Abby is incredibly gifted at releasing tension that I am unaware of happening!! She ALWAYS takes the time and wants to know how the tension is affecting my body. This past year I have had less neck and shoulder cramping from hours on a computer. She has released the pain in my forearm and wrist from constant mouse use. I know I will fall short on this review because she is simply not like ANYTHING you have ever experienced! So grateful God put her in my life!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
