She took the time to really understand my skin and explained what she was doing throughout the treatment, which made me feel confident I was in great hands. The facial itself was incredible—my skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. Nicole has a very calming presence and clearly knows her craft. I had the Contour Deep Resurfacing around my mouth area done by Crystal. I was a little freaked out after she was done and thought maybe I had made a mistake. Crystal was very kind and compassionate and assured me my face looked exactly as it should after that procedure. She gave me her number and told me to reach out anytime and to send a picture of my face daily. She gave me the confidence that I did the right thing and every day I saw really good improvement. I would highly advise buying and using the Regenerating Skin Nectar as it really sped up the healing process. Overall I think everyone at the Wellness Spa was very kind. I will definitely go back if I should get any other treatments!
