Vinoy Spa

The spa at the Vinoy is a true asset to this hotel. The spa manager, Christine and the other staff members are incredibly professional, kind and attuned to guests needs. I had the honey facial and my daughter had a massage and both of our services were top notch. They really know what they are doing and I am impressed with how they are able to maximize their abilities considering the limited amount of space they have. It would be awesome if someday the hotel could broaden their space to expand the spa’s offerings. As of right now you have to go down the hall and around the corner to the health club locker room to change. This spa is so good, they deserve their own changing area with sauna, steam room, cold plunge etc. as the services provided are really on that level. Will definitely be back to visit again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a weekend staycation at the Vinoy for his birthday and the entire experience was lovely but the spa was the icing on the cake. Spa manager, Christine, was a gem in getting us set up and taken care of from start to finish when we arrived. The lounge was quaint, cozy, and the perfect place to enjoy morning mimosas and chocolate with a personal birthday celebration note. My masseur, Jacob, was TOP notch. I can’t recall the name of the kind woman who helped my boyfriend but he said she was equally great. We enjoy the health club on our way out. Would definitely return!

I purchased a luxury 100 minute massage with deluxe add-ons for someone special that was turning the big 70. Christine, the manager, is an absolute gem to the Vinoy, her passion, professionalism and relatable personality is uncanny, to say the least! Thank you so much for not letting me down. Also, thank you for recommending Jackie, the masseuse, who physically came through. What a dynamic team, and luxurious experience! I Highly recommend! As a person and a renown business owner in the Bay Area.

Took my friend to the Vinoy Spa for her birthday! We had a very relaxing massage and facial which was amazing! Thank you to the wonderful staff who made the experience possible!

My friends and I went here today for a spa day and it was LITERAL HEAVEN!! Ask for Jacqueline, she’s an angel. I had a local package that included a massage with hot stones and a facial. The manager Christine is AMAZING and made me feel so special for my bachelorette weekend. I cannot wait to come back and stay in the actual hotel and do another Spa day here! 10/10!!

Super happy with our experience at the Vinoy Spa. I took several friends for a day to celebrate and we all had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The manager Christine was very kind and made sure we were all taken care of. Will definitely return!!

Awful experience! Save your money and go someplace decent. I was told we could choose soft or deep tissue but the therapist would only do a light, easy one. Was also told that we could use the spa lounge after. But after the massage, they asked us to leave because they were full. What an awful spa!!
