Best Western Plus Surprise-Phoenix NW

As diamond members we expected more from this location, room 302 Dec 11th. We got the suite which includes a living space. Very roomie but the TV only got one channel! Every other channel pixelized or no signal. Thankfully the TV in the bedroom was fine. In the shower...no body wash. The bottle supplied was empty. But the worst were the train horns. At 1:15a, 5:20a, and 5:45a. We will avoid that BW and opt for something even further from our destination next time.

This place became my home between homes. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Special shout out to David and Johnny for their attentiveness. Everyone here is good people including the cleaning staff who was always prompt with me. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in between places. Thank you everyone for your dedication!

This is the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in. The rooms are relatively new and are very clean. You can easily tell that the management of this hotel cares what it's guests think about it. The breakfast is very good. Well, the eggs are powdered, but the waffles are great and everything else is good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hello reviewers!! Here's my review of my stay with my family. As comforting as it possibly is and the breakfast was very good and no one can say no to a good waffle!! The rooms smelled clean and the bathrooms were big enough for the family. Great staff a great applause for Emma and Cynthia and the breakfast attendant Lorelai!! All spectacular and deserving of five stars!! Would like the pool area to have more sun time but can't control the weather praise the hotel!!

Stayed here for a lil over a week and it is first class... clean, friendly staff, great breakfast on time all the time...the manager is super special. She cares about you liking her hotel.. just want to thank them all for making m stay as enjoyable and comfortable as it was

We stayed here a week ago and it’s a nice hotel staff is wonderful but I wanted to recognize the housekeeping we requested new bedding at the front office and the lady told me she was going to inform whoever was going to do them, I told her it was no rush but the house keeper came knocking 2 mins later and she changed our sheets and met our needs in no time! We appreciate how quick it was done I asked what her name was and handed her a tip ! She said her name was Nichole we were very pleased with staff of this hotel ! Thank you all for a great stay !

Not sure why this hotel gets a good review. Sheets dont fit bed, bed is not comfortable. TV didnt work and we had to change rooms body soap dispenser in shower broke. I expected the train noise. I didnt expect everything else. ×
