The blonde nurse who also did injectables 7 months ago, was forcing me to schedule a time to take a picture for the after photo, a few weeks out. I did not have the time to get there because I worked, but she forced me to make an apt because SHE had only 2 times... She was not understanding and instead tried charging me for the missed follow up apt, and asked for my visa card because I couldn't show up..for a picture. How cheap, didn't give her my card number, and never coming back here again. I went to another spa and she told me to send her an after pic when I was done. Now thats customer service.
