This place was phenomenal. Very clean. Very informative. Very helpful. The person who was working was just amazing. She was very calming, gave information and answered questions. This experience was better beyond my expectations. We will definitely be back.

This place is outstanding for when you need to disconnect from all the hectic things happening in day to day life. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially to new floaters, which was really wonderful when we first started. The rooms have a great series of amenities, between unscented soaps and salt removers and lotion! And the primp room is a really nice touch for having somewhere to dry your hair and fix yourself up after soaking. The salt room is a really nice experience, with comfortable lounge chairs and dim lighting. A great place to check out if you need somewhere to unwind!

First time float was a success! My float session was the perfect way to reset on spring break! I felt weightless. The silence and overall experience made me feel relaxed and light as a feather. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, intentional, and welcoming. After booking online, I received an orientation video via email that walked me through what to expect. I really appreciated having that ahead of time as it helped me feel prepared and excited rather than nervous. Jake greeted us with such warmth and clarity. He walked us through the waiver, explained the process in detail, and guided us to our float rooms with so much care. It immediately put me at ease. They offer both enclosed tank and open pool options, which I loved. I chose the open pool and it was perfect. It's the little thoughtful touches that made this experience stand out. Jake's reminder to put earplugs in before showering, the tip about damp rags in case salt gets in your eyes, and even a float journal filled with reflections and inspiration. After the float, sipping a warm cup of tea in the salt room felt like the perfect grounding moment. **posted same review on YelpSyracuse

I found this float center when I moved to Syracuse several years back and recently got reacquainted with somewhat regular visits. I must say I can’t speak highly enough of the place. Glenn and the entire staff there are so warm and welcoming. It’s truly a wonderful place. The tanks are great. The rooms are always very clean and it’s a wonderful place to get float therapy. I am thankful for their continued service to our community. If you are thinking about going here for the first time or are seeking out a float center, I can’t speak highly enough of this place.

Wow! What an amazing relaxing 90 minutes! I took my best friend here for a birthday present and we both have never floated before! We were greeted and treated so kindly. We got a clear explanation of how and what to do and when it was all over, wanted to go back! Unfortunately I’m not from Syracuse so I will fondly one in Rochester but definitely plan on doing this again when I’m in town! A must try for anyone that needs a break! Thank you!

Had an amazing first experience at Stasis Float Center in Syracuse! The two Nicoles at the front desk were absolutely fantastic — super knowledgeable, welcoming, and made sure we felt completely comfortable for our first float. They walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions with ease. The entire facility was spotless, beautifully maintained, and created the perfect environment to unwind and relax. Such a peaceful, rejuvenating experience — 10/10 recommend trying it for yourself if you haven’t already!
