Sauna N' Chill offers a great experience at a good price. The facility has 3 cold plunges, 2 saunas, and a small turf area for mobility work. The saunas are incredible and make you feel brand new. I am not a huge cold plunge fan, but I did decide to utilize the service since I was there. The tub was definitely cold and it was clean. The owner is an incredible guy and will help answer any questions you have about either service. I recommend Sauna N' Chill for anyone local to Tampa!!

I love coming here. I actually stopped drinking coffee in the mornings when I started cold plunging because the adrenaline rush i get from cold plunging is insane! I love how clean it is, they sanitize and clean the cold plunges every single day and the staff is great too! Being a member at sauna n chill is like having an extended family to go to while doing something to improve your health. All of the staff is friendly, outgoing and always makes sure I am satisfied. I love how I can drop in whenever I have time and I don’t have to book any time slots or worry about cancellation fees. Overall, love coming here!

Amazing place with very friendly staff and patrons. I came in my first time with a guest pass and loved it so much that I since bought a membership and have brought my friends here. The health benefits of the cold plunges and saunas are great, and it's also refreshing having an occasional chat in the sauna with other positive health-focused people
