Been a client for years now! I use red light and tanning beds every month. I have used the sauna and cold plunge too. Every employee is so sweet! They are like long time friends at this point! Highly recommend this place!

This place is absolutely amazing! They completely redid the tanning salon and incorporated a wellness and holistic spa experience. They still have all their tanning beds and spray tan booths but now they offer a salt room, cold plunge, red light therapy, and infrared saunas with light therapy. The prices are incredible, it’s less expensive than all the other tanning salons I compared it to! Come treat yourself to a healthy spa day!

I never write reviews but I just had to for Salt and Light Wellness. My husband and I went in last Friday and tried the ice bath/salt room and the red light therapy. It was an amazing experience and the staff were so informative about the services. We felt welcomed and Lizzie was so nice, we really loved her energy. I went back this week for a versa spray tan for a wedding I’m going to this weekend and it is the best spray tan I’ve ever had! It is so reasonably priced too. We can’t wait to go back for another date day at Salt and Light.
