Tao Spa

I use this location often for Back and Shoulder work. I prefer deep pressure and they work hard on me. 110% recommend. I just wish the loyalty program didnt go away. As much as i spend there i should be a platinum member! Note** I read comments on these reviews saying they request a tip... as hard as they work, they deserve a tip. Just saying, take care of them and they take care of you. $1 a min is a good deal.

Went to Tao Spa after a chiropractic appointment nearby. Was super tense and needing some self-care. First time at the mall so had to call to get directions. The person who answered was super helpful and directed me to the correct entrance and where to go to find Tao Spa. I arrived after lunch so they were available immediately and I got some great work done for a reasonable cost. I would definitely return to get another massage here anytime and may make it a habit after my weekly chiropractic treatments.

Good prices but the worst massage I've ever gotten. My masseuse was way too fast and rough. Even after verbally stating that I wanted my massage lighter, softer, slower, he would listen for a few seconds before being rough again. Like he was rushing through my massage. Then appeared a little irritated when I just gave a $5 tip... like as much as I complained I should've just walked out.

This is by far the best massage I ever received. I got the 40 min table massage and I went in for severe lower back pain. After Mia did her magic I had no more pain whatsoever. I definently will be going back.

I would have given no star based on my personal experience- however my husband said his therapist was ok. First of all- the female therapist acted like she doesn’t even wanna be there, she never asked me for pressure but elbow poking on the tender areas. For foot massage there wasn’t any pressure- my 4 years old sister can do better job in $20. Please do not waste your money and your time and if you still wants to experience such a horrible customer service please ask them for their license just to be save cause they didn’t acted like they have one. ZERO STAR FROM MY SIDE

My husband and I have been coming here every 2 weeks for the past year and have always had excellent service. However, recently there has been a change in staff and now when the timer goes off, the masseuse begs for 10 more minutes while you are face down. Then, as I went to pay, they complained that I wanted to use my card - which we had often done in the past. I had cash for a tip but wanted to pay with my card. We were very used to the husband and wife team that used to be there and took very good care of us. We miss them.

Lovely massage and wonderfully polite masseuse! Prices are fair and the massage chair is very comfortable.
