For a quick stay, it’s a good spot. The suite rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need although it would be nice that there was more than just a microwave in the room for kitchen appliances; a kettle and a selection of teas would be nice to have, especially for longer stays. The pool was out of order my whole trip which was one of the reasons I booked this place so that was disappointing. The gym room is more of an afterthought and a little bit depressing. The breakfast was okay again if you’re here just for 1-2 nights but in general it’s pretty disappointing. As a vegetarian, the hot non-meat food is poor - watery scrambled eggs and dry potatoes. The bananas were always black, apples tasteless and the fruit medley was just canned fruit dumped in a bowl. The bakery section was ok but again could do with more than just cheap white bread; why not have brown bread too? The juice is sadly not fresh and there is also no non-dairy milk or yogurt options. I asked reception for non-dairy milk and other veggie options for hot food, as I stayed for 10 nights, but was simply told "no". The staff are friendly in general though, the coffee was nice and the room was pleasant to stay in for my trip.
Positive: Size of the room was jice Negative: pillows were terrible, parking is a challenge
The room was pretty decent and clean. The pillows were a little too soft for me, and I would have liked a thicker blanket on my bed. The front desk clerk was very helpful with parking info and getting us checked in. The hotel is right by the BOK Center, so we just had to park the car & not move it until we were checking out. That was very convenient! Didn’t hear any traffic noise, or people going to/from the elevator, so that was good. Also we couldn’t get the tv to work so someone came straight up to help us with that. Plus, the hotel is not far from some of the museums that we visited; everything was conveniently close by. I would stay here again.
If you are in town for a BOK event, this Hotel is for you. You can cross the street and be at the BOK. The room we stayed in was roomy and comfortable enough. It was clean and safe, with elevators requiring key cards to go up. Most hotels can feel noisy depending on your neighbors etiquette, this one was at the very least average in that regards. There was adequate dining options within walking distance as well. Some of the downsides, parking. There is a parking garage behind but unattached from the hotel, that you park in. It is an added 20 dollars a night fee added on your base hotel price. Breakfast is standard buffet style hotel food. Filling and cost saving but not much more. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, so high marks there. A good all around place to stay for a visit.
Room 302|Excellent location to BOK and several restaurants. She's older but very clean and well maintained. Our check in was seamless with two awesome desk women. Nice store. Easy parking. Room was very nice and quiet. Bathroom had everything needed. Soft linens and towels. Bed comfy. We didn't try breakfast.
My first visit at this Hampton Inn in Tulsa downtown area Very nice location with access to a lot of restaurants bars and events. I have been a Hiltons Honors member for 15 years and highly recommend anyone joining. I’m not a real fan of paid parking here but in a lot of downtown areas you don’t have a choice. I want to thank Alandra who works the front desk for her very kind words in my time of sadness… she is wonderful thank you Highly recommend AAAAA HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026
Stayed here for a business trip. I checked in late, the girl at the front desk I think her name started with an A— she was super great. The hotel is older, I travel frequently so I’m very diligent about checking a hotel room when I first walk in. I didn’t like that there were 3 little black marks on the corner of the box springs of the first room so I asked her to move me, which she did without hesitation. I went into the second room and the bed looked fine initially so I left my stuff and left for dinner. Came back a few hours and showered and as I was winding down I couldn’t help but notice multiple black smeared spots on the headboard that appeared to be bed bug markings. It made it impossible to really relax cause I just started to work myself up about it. It was past midnight and I was too anxious to ask for another room especially since this was the second one I was in. So I stayed the night and left one day early. I know that BBs are inevitable in hospitality no matter how old or new, nice or run down, expensive or cheap a hotel is. I did NOT see any live bugs or sheddings of skin but I really just cannot risk bringing these home. I will say the room was very spacious and I didn’t have any issues with hearing people around me. I would just really really check your room if you stay here.
