Nancy Taylor Day Spa

Whether coming in for services or to buy a gift, every visit to Nancy Taylor Day Spa is amazing. Even after the Covid shutdown the spa is a clean, safe space that still gives you a relaxing "spa day" feeling. All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating, can’t wait to go back!

Posting this for someone else. Do not give these people your business. They will charge you more than advertised and their staff is incompetent. They are deceptive, purposely or not, about what they're actually doing to your hair. They won't give you the right color if you're getting it dyed. They use products that will ruin your hair. Some workers will literally rip some of your hair out trying to brush it. Just woefully incompetent and a terrible business overall. I can't speak for their massages but based on this absolutely terrible experience, these people deserve to go out of business.

This spa does not have great business practices. I had a last minute emergency and I tried to reschedule my appointment (I understand a fee for last minute cancellations) but they tried to charge me the entire amount of my massage. I really wanted to move the massage to a later date and they were not helpful whatsoever, all they wanted was the money. So they just lost a customer. I wish I could review the place but I can't because of their greedy business practices. From now on I'm going to spa belle la vie, they won't charge you if you have an emergency or have to cancel last minute. I really can't with this place

I've had nothing but excellent experiences with B. spa. The staff and management are all exceptionally professional and go above and beyond. I can't overstate how awesome their customer service is. 10/10 would recommend.

I received a massage from Vanessa Rogers at Nancy Taylor Spa. It was amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone. I have had many massages and this was the best. She was super sweet and by far the best massage therapist I’ve had. Thank you Vanessa 🙂

Nancy Taylor Day Spa offers a wonderful, personalized experience and safety precautions are top notch. I also love the various lines of skin and haircare products, awesome gifts, and even special events like Christmas Open House! Go to Nancy Taylor for any gift you may need whether it is a spa treatment, stocking stuffer, or lux pajamas.

I purchased an $80 gift certificate for my husband and he chose to have a manicure and pedicure. I was extremely disappointed by the results... not only were his hand and toe nails not filed smoothly, there was still dirt under his toe nails! What kind of manicure/pedicure is THAT?? I would not recommend these services from this spa.
