The Rose Spa at the Cascades

I had the BEST experience getting my hair done by Elizabeth! Not only did she listen to what I wanted, she made me feel beautiful again!!! She's gained a life long client 😅 because I will definitely be going back!! I have curly hair and she highlighted it perfectly and trimmed exactly as I asked. Plus the convo was so good. You can tell she truly loves what she does.

Aubrey did a wonderful job with my highlights and hair. Its been so long since I had my hair done, and she was amazing!!! Great Price, it was peaceful I dont like to be around alot of people. She was very accommodating asked if I needed a towel to cover my eyes cause of the lights and offered me something to drink. If I could rate her more than 5 stars I would no problem. Just left my massage and facial with Emilee and I couldn’t even wait to get home to write a review!! This was the best massage I’ve ever had and Emilee made me feel so comfortable!! My skin feels so nice now and my tension has been relieved! Plus, if you’re a Swiftie you should mention it and she’ll put on the Swiftie playlist!!

Amazing experience at the rose spa!!! Emily Lopez was my therapist and she just went IN. I feel amazing I thought I was there for 15 minutes but then next thing I know an hour passed I was so relaxed and feel so much better!

*changed review/stars due to excellent Customer service from the owner! I went to the spa today for the "Anniversary Package" which is listed for $219. When checking out they told me my total was "$290 before tip" and I was bit confused. The receptionist told me "220 is the base rate each technician has their own level of work 1-4 and you pay for that ontop of it". However, when the rest of my party checked out they paid 220+their upgrades they decided to get! I ended up paying more for no upgrades then they did with added Gel Polish, foot detox, ETC. wildly confused and would love a refund for the extra I spent that I did not sign up for (via my pink slips!) My services were wonderful which is why they got 3 stars! I do wish the nail techs were dressed more professionally so it felt more like a spa!

Just went to the rose spa and got an hr swedish massage with Holly and words can not describe how amazing she is!! She’s such a sweet girl and amazing masseuse can’t wait to come back again thank you Holly!

We had our daughter's Make a Wish here. The Spa staff was wonderful! They were friendly, accommodating and made sure she was well taken care of. We spent 2 full days between her many different spa services and an 8 hour day for her hair...she was worn out but very pleased with all her time here. Thank you for making her time so special!
