Uptown Sauna House

Small, but everything needed for a relaxing 90 minutes. The host was helpful, but not in your face. Even though it is an electric sauna, it gets up to the heat needed for a good sweat. The outside shower has plenty of hot water and didn't seem awkward even though it's only four people at a time - I was there by myself with another group of three people. It was super relaxing! I was able to sauna, cold plunge, relax in the sun , and end with a relaxing time in a hot tub.

I had such a great experience at this unique sauna house! It’s tucked away in a beautifully converted backyard, and I loved the cozy, welcoming vibe. The contrast therapy moving between the cold plunge and the sauna was incredibly refreshing and relaxing, the perfect way to start my day. I ended up having the whole space to myself, which made it feel even more peaceful. I love the creative idea behind it and how it’s such a beautiful way to share wellness with the community. Such an amazing little escape right in the city. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Paul & Rebekah

Such a great hidden gem! I really appreciate the care and intention that the owners put into the space. They're both friendly and dedicated to the services they offer! It's been awesome to see their space and service expand over time. It's a fair price and feels relatively private - two reasons I love it here.

Such an awesome experience. The host is willing to sit and help you through the Cold plunge if you want guidance or just give you space if you want some reflection time. The garden is beautiful, it's so much better then being in a small sterile room paying twice the price for this experience. Just a heads up that you are in someone's back yard, you can hear noise from neighbors, but that didn't take away from my experience. 10/10. And I keep booking more plunges because I love it

What a great way to treat myself and take care of my mind and body. Everything was clean. It was a unique and relaxing experience. I let them know it was my first time so they could show me around. I powered through the hot and cold cycle three times and then soaked away in the hot tub for the remaining time. I left feeling rejuvenated. Amazing, thank you so much.

Sauna/cold plunge at USH has been a weekly ritual of mine for 2 years now. The space is a beautiful oasis! The hosts are kind, thoughtful, and always doing projects to improve their guests’ experience. Paul is gives great coaching in contrast therapy, always for first time guests or anyone wanting engage the practice more.

Been going to this spot for well over a year and I’m still obsessed. Solid price, super chill environment, and the service is always on point. Sauna + cold plunge + jacuzzi = best reset. Paul’s great—always welcoming and finding little ways to make it even better every time. Highly recommend booking a session!
