Back To Life Massage & Spa

Patrick did amazing! This was my first massage and he made it so relaxing! During the massage he would ask if the pressure was ok or if it needed more or less! Great ambience. Definitely will be back again.

Just completed a couples massage at Back to Life Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. The space is clean and smells amazing. Patrick and Cynthia were attentive, professional, and made us feel completely relaxed. Highly recommend Back to Life Spa!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service Review for Ava I would like to sincerely commend Ava for the outstanding service she provided to my husband, Jeffrey. From start to finish, she demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care in ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Ava was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and stress-free. Her communication was clear, and she showed a true commitment to excellent customer service. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines skill with such a warm and respectful approach. Jeffrey truly appreciated the level of attention and support he received, and we are both grateful for the positive experience. Ava is an incredible asset, and we highly recommend her services to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and professionalism. Thank you again, Ava, for your exceptional service!

My husband and I spent Valentine’s Day at Back to Life Massage and Spa, and our experience was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The moment we walked in, we were blown away. The entire spa was beautifully decorated, romantic, and elegant. It smelled wonderful, and every room was thoughtfully prepared. You could immediately tell they put so much effort and love into creating a special atmosphere for their clients. We were welcomed with mimosas and Ferrero Rocher chocolates, which made the experience feel even more luxurious. For $265, we received a 90-minute couples massage that was amazing, you will not find that value anywhere else. We had actually called another spa before booking, and they were charging $300 for just 60 minutes, with no extras included. We also added basic facials for $50 each, and again, that price is very hard to find anywhere else. Everything was clean, professional, relaxing, and beautifully presented. My experience was wonderful, relaxing, and thoughtfully curated. As a business owner myself, I understand how much time, money, and effort goes into creating an event like this. It was obvious that they truly care about their clients and want everyone to leave happy. We had a fantastic time, and I would absolutely recommend Back to Life Massage and Spa to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable experience. 10 out of 10.

We drove from Alexandria to celebrate our anniversary and Valentine’s at this spa, and it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The service was amazing from start to finish. Patrick and Patricia were our therapists, and they both did an incredible job. Professional, attentive, and truly skilled. We left feeling relaxed, celebrated, and so happy we chose this place for such a special occasion.

My husband and I had an absolutely beautiful experience here. The atmosphere was spotless and so welcoming. The decorations were stunning and created such a relaxing, romantic vibe. The entire space felt clean, professional, and thoughtfully designed. Cynthia and Edwin service was truly phenomenal from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Over the past six months, I’ve seen Patrick on and off for deep tissue massages, and they are hands down the best massages I’ve ever received. I’ve had massage therapy since high school due to competitive cheerleading, so I understand the real physical benefits of bodywork and Patrick is truly exceptional. He is communicative, reliable and professional and most importantly, he creates a safe and comfortable environment. His clear communication allows me to fully relax and receive the work without hesitation. I always leave feeling supported, restored and significantly better physically. I cannot recommend him enough.
