I walked in today as a first-time customer and the receptionist was able to get me in a chair in less than 10min and provided me with a complimentary drink. The waiting area has comfortable couches, TVs, a pool table, and honestly I wasn't seated long enough to notice the rest. The shop has a cozy feel, and is very clean. I can't recall the name of the woman that cut my hair, but she was Japanese, name starts with N I believe? I asked for a sidepart with a tight taper and she was great about communicating appropriate length, styling, and recommending a hair product. She was fast and had me cut, hot towel shave, and washed under 20mins, all while carrying a relaxed conversation. This is not meant discredit barbers when I say this, but it's rare I am 100% satisfied with a cut. I have funky cowlicks and sometimes the cut is not what I imagined, and I deal with it. This cut, I was very happy with and feel great. The service here feels premium, but the pricing is surprisingly affordable! I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Ive been going there for 7 years now and will not go anywhere else. It's super clean, the folks there are helpful and try to fit you in best they can, and the services are fantastic. It is a bit more than sports clips but it's a much better experience. I got to Allie, and she's amazing, she took the time to learn my head and figure out what works best for me to look my best. She does an amazing job on the hair cut and the beard trim!

First time here and I brought my fiancé for a hair cut he had long thick hair, and hasn’t cut it for over three years. I showed a picture to the woman Shaniqua (which it looks NOTHING LIKE) I had asked the lady if she was able to do it she said "yes, you wanna cut it?" Then proceeded to ruin his hair. If your man has longer hair, this is not the barbershop I’d recommend. I would like a refund. She also didn’t even wash his hair which is part of the service shown online. Thanks.

I would give zero if there was an option. I took my 12 year old son for haricut. We showed Shaniqua a picture. She did haircut. While she was doing haircut I requested to taper more. She said I am not done. After she was done, I asked her to taper more and she said.... now I have to do whole haircut again..... then she started arguing. She tapered more with anger and gave him cut. Other customer made mean comment that you should go to supercut and many more nonsense. Management did not take any action. Greatclips have given better service that GHq. Extremely poor customer service and no respect for customers request after paying so much more for haircut.
