The front staff at Massage Envy Waco is phenomenal! Raylee and Naleah are very professional and so polite. They answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I’ve had sciatic nerve pain since having my youngest child. I’ve done chiropractic work in the past that would give me relief but it was always short lived. I booked with Chad on a whim after waking up on morning and being in so much pain and I’m so glad that I did! I ended up purchasing a membership after the first visit because for the first time in 2.5 years he finally got to the source of my sciatic pain and relieve the burning that was slowly taking me down. 10/10 recommend Chad to any and everyone I talk to. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly wants to help you be pain free. The front desk staff were all very knowledgeable as well and did whatever was needed in making the first and now second visit easy and smooth.

Called this place multiple times an hour or so before they closed and never answered me. To the point where they blocked my phone number. I was just wanting to call for an estimate of any time the have ready. Never been but I already know that the people here (maybe not everyone) but they suck. Just wanted assistance. Learn better next time.

Not good at all. She talked the ENTIRE time during my massage and when I paid, they tried having me tip on a $130 service when mine was only $80 therefore attempting to scam me paying more money. Won’t go back.

I had a massage today and it was great! My therapist was Kim. She was amazing and her services were beyond 5 stars! The manager at the front desk was very sweet, very approachable and knowledgeable in all the services. She answered all my questions. I can’t remember her name and that is my bad. I highly recommend this location and I have rebooked another appointment ❤️

Worst company with most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Asked to change a service but was told I cannot and will be charged the total amount. Requested the policy stating those rules but none of them could find their policy book. Asked to speak to the GM but said I could not speak to him. Asked for a supervisor but was told it would be another 1 hour before the person came in. Receptionist and lead therapist were very rude . Eventually, the receptionist brought out the Wellness benefit document for subscribers (see attached) and said that was the policy for cancellation; but couldn't show me the policy for non-members. Even the one brought out for subscribers does not have the condition for my request. Nevertheless, I was charged for service not rendered (i.e., no massage) despite asking to change or cancel it. Company pledges commitment to friendliness and professionalism but do not adhere to that in any shape or form. Please stay away from this scam of a company.

Self care is so important. You can't pour from an empty cup. Scheduled a massage with Serenity. She worked the tension from my problem areas to the point that I was resting peacefully at the end. Schedule yourself a "refill". You won't be disappointed.
