I've had 3 massages here, with 3 different lovely women. The 60 minute full body massage is a great value at $70, and they are super skilled. You can choose light, medium, or heavy pressure (my back is insanely tight so I always go heavy), and they typically check in on you multiple times throughout the session. So grateful for this place and how tranquil it is--60 minutes of meditation basically. Thank you all so much and can't wait to return!

My feet are killing me from training for the turkey trot this year. I have a job site near this place and thought I’d pop in for a foot massage, website says $50 for one hour foot massage. when I arrived they sent me into a massage room, which was odd. I did get a foot massage but I would rate it the worst three foot massages of my life. When I exited, she charged me $75. I told her website says 50 and she demanded 75. Call me crazy but $75 for a fully clothed Foot massage is outrageous. I hate to be a negative Nancy but this is one of the spots I would never return to and I hope someone reading this avoids the disappointment.

I had an appointment with Cici last week. She is an incredibly skilled and caring massage therapist. She really knows how to find the tension in my body and relieve it with the right techniques. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much lighter. She tailors each massage to my needs, whether it’s stress relief, muscle pain, or general wellness. Her space is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The massages at Plus One Spa are phenomenal. My massage therapist there, Nina, ensures she provides me exactly the right amount of pressure and is so in tune with my body and what works best for me. I love going to her when I am in town in Walnut Creek for work. 10/10 rating for certain! Thank you Nina so much!

Just to give you some insight as what to expect. It’s not going to be a Burke Williams experience. But the massage is solid, probably too much for a lot of people. This place is clean, has several private rooms for body massages, and few chairs for foot massages in the main area. The ladies are all middle-aged welcoming Chinese ladies, legit massage place and nothing inappropriate that I can tell. The price can not be beat. $60/60 mins, $90/90mins etc. The massage: you start off in a private room with a heated massage table. They start massaging you with sheets on first, then they massage you by exposing body parts. They’re true masseuse - using arms, body weight and lots of strong hands to work out the knots. You need to tell them if it’s uncomfortable so they can lighten up. But their normal level of massage is probably more than most people want. They offered hot stones, which I declined as I was severely burned once before at another establishment (not sure if it’s extra charge). Lotion used was a thick unscented cream, which I like as I’m allergic to some scented stuff. The place was nice and quiet, easy parking, not busy with lots of clients. It’s a no frills place that gets the job done. Would come back and ask for the lighter massage next time. 😂
