The Spa at Hotel Washington

I visited the Spa twice during my stay at the Hotel Washington last weekend and only wish I could have spent more time there. The entire experience from my reception through my treatment was wonderful. I had an absolutely luxurious paraffin manicure with Duc, capped off with champagne and chocolate. Duc then arranged for a relaxing steam room treatment, which I repeated the next day. I look forward to my next visit!

I’m a regular here, and I really enjoy the massage here, but I’ve noticed ongoing cleanliness issues in the women’s changing room and showers. The pink mold that I first saw about a year ago is still present, and an acne star patch that was left in the shower around the same time is still there as well. At times, there’s also a noticeable urine smell. This area doesn’t appear to be cleaned regularly, and it would make a big difference if staff could check and refresh the showers at least once an hour. I’m sharing this because I care about the space and want to see it maintained at the standard a spa should have.

Every time I’ve visited the spa Soraya has done my facial and she always does a fantastic job! She leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth! She also has given me many helpful tips that have saved my skin! Cannot recommend her enough!

Came to the spa yesterday to get away from the cold and the snow . Was such a treat - my massage was probably the best I ever had . Staff is polite and attentive . Spa is spotless clean everywhere . They really take care of the facilities even though they need updating on some areas it seems . Overall great .

I’m so glad that we found this place! It is very pricey but well worth it! With that said, the dressing area was really tight and it was very warm inside. Thankfully I knew most of the ladies in there, because we were bumping all into each other while changing into our robes. I didn’t have to wait long and the guy that did my body treatment was on time. I had the Cellu-Sculpt 3 in 1 Treatment and it was awesome. I feel bad because I forgot the Technician’s name, but he’s been there a while and mentioned that he does the training for that particular service. Jackpot! I finished with a pedicure. It was a no frills pedicure but the polish lasted a long time. If my nails didn’t grow, the polish would still look good. Overall, this was one of my better spa experiences!

Love this spa, and Soraya is incredible! She is talented, knowledgeable, and gentle, and I intend to keep coming to her for a long time. My face has never looked better! Noke also was at amazing with my massage. She alleviated a ton of tension and stiffness from working out!

Leo was my massage therapist and he was very professional, I was able to relax and enjoy 80 min of the perfect massage. I was feeling very sore when I arrived to the spa and now I feel like every muscle is relaxed and back where it should be.
