I had a wonderful massage with Jonny! She was incredibly professional, and her technique struck the perfect balance between relaxation and effective therapeutic work — my back felt noticeably better afterward. The salt room was a lovely bonus to start with, and while the amenities are small and quaint, if you happen to have the space to yourself, you’re in for an absolute treat. Highly recommend!

Experience the best massage so far, the effect of the frosted cream is very good, and the technician is very professional. The environment is very warm, and the service attitude is very friendly.

Jennifer and Lisa were wonderful. My wife and I really enjoyed our 90 minute couple massage. Wouldn’t change a thing. However, we enhanced our experience by adding a 30 minute visit to the Himalayan salt room, with champagne and strawberries. A charge of $150 for two glasses of champagne and five chocolate covered strawberries is excessive to say the least. Go and enjoy a great massage, but forgo the extra 30 minutes. Not worth it.

Generally I had a nice experience, but I wouldn't say anything stuck out as "special " or over and above any other hotel spa I've been to, which was a little disappointing for the Waldorf. As others noted, spa etiquette seems to be lacking as common rooms were quite loud at times. I did a detox "wrap" treatment which wasn't really a "wrap" more like a gel coating. But I will say that the massage experience that went with that treatment was excellent, very relaxing, that was with Kimberly, would highly recommend. However, I added a traditional massage on to that after and had Tosin, a male tech, which is usually fine but his style was odd, not fluid in the slightest, and not relaxing. The tip is automatically added to your bill, which is annoying to start, but then when you have such different experiences with different technicians it would have been nice to reward one accordingly. Overall it cost 700 for a 75 min treatment and 60 min massage after everything was added. I dont think the experience reflected that, unfortunately. There are likely equal or better options in town.

The facility is nice but the massage really does not worth the price tag and I felt scammed. I don’t recommend. I booked a signature massage with enhancement, and it comes down to 420$ with automatic gratuity. However, the massage advertises for one hour but I think I only received around 40 min. Even within those 40 min, the massager did not work on your body and half of the time, he was opening and closing drawers and closets very loudly. It is definitely not relaxing.

Steam room wasn’t working and people were really loud at the lounge. Not their fault to have clientele who doesn’t understand spa etiquette but my experience was sub par because of these. The signature massage was very nice, Ms. Kimberly did an amazing job.

I had two services, facial and massage. The facial was fine. The massage was not great. And for the price I paid, it should have been. I will not schedule another massage at this hotel.
