I purchased a Groupon along with an additional service for The Spa Room. I called to speak with someone but instead received a text for all communication. Diana recommended booking for a week out, which I did. Diana the waxer who is also the owner reached out to move my appointment twice due to personal issues. I agreed to move my appointment AGAIN. After moving things around on my end, I then asked if she was willing to provide a discount due to the inconvenience and she immediately gave me attitude and canceled my appointment without notification and told me to find another waxer. Diana is unprofessional and rude!! She does not know how to communicate as a business woman. I came across a few bad reviews about her but decided to give her a chance. I didn’t even get the chance to meet Diana and she left such a bad impression via text. ***Note to self and everyone reading this*** listen to the reviews!!!! I would NOT recommend doing business with this lady. Spend your money else where!! Now, I have to go dispute my charge with her business on Groupon. I have rebooked at the Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and accommodating. My appointment was made right away for the same day. She also has great reviews!!! ***Do not go to The Spa Room and waste your time and money with Diana***
