Prana Salt Cave

My girlfriends and I went in on a Saturday morning for a 45-minute salt therapy and we loved it. I made the appointment a few days in advance and Kelly was super friendly and accommodating during both the phone call and at check in. This is something none of us have ever done before and we were all amazed by how quiet and relaxing our salt room was. The salt in the air immediately starts working wonders in our lungs and we noticed better breathing. We all stayed in the same room and were able to focus on the meditative and calming atmosphere of the room and refrain ourselves from talking. We loved everything about this place: location, service, product, and atmosphere. We will definitely come back for more.

This was a great experience! I had never been to a salt cave before so I was unsure about what it would be like, but I was very happy that I tried it. The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. She explained the benefits and what to expect. It was two of us in the room. Very clean and relaxing. Around 400 tons of salt from the floor to ceiling which is great! We would definitely go back for another session!

It’s always a great experience here. So relaxing. The Salt Cave sessions are a great value for the peace and overall wellness you feel during and after. I personally sit/ lay in the salt but they have relaxing zero gravity chairs. They are welcoming to children and accommodate a variety of size groups. Get the membership, go a couple times a week, Worth it!

Explore healing with the Calming Glow of over 5 tons of Hymalyan salt. More than a cave, the central room at Prana is an interactive piece of Art. The owner Liana is peaceful & passionate. Consequently, the ora around the space she's built for us all to enjoy reflects those character traits. We left truly feeling Relaxed & inspired. She offers a number of activities inside the space, or you can simply book time to sit and enjoy it. This was my second time visiting the salt cave. The owner is superb and the receptionist is so outgoing and is very sweet. The salt cave is amazing and you could buy packages to put on your account or a membership. I will continue to go here to support the small business Again and again because of the outstanding customer service. You can choose to sit in a chair you can choose to sit on the ground or do a mixture of both you can play in the salt you can also bring your children. I’ve actually been going through a terrible time in my life and the owner reached out to me and just made me feel so much better about my situation. The energy in the room is very healing and it’s just what I needed during this time. 5/5 star definitely recommend!!!

Love this place! The salt cave is beautiful, the space is calming & welcoming. I did a breath work class here & felt amazing afterwards! The owner is so sweet & kind. There are handmade items for sale in the front room that will make great Christmas gifts. I plan on bringing my family members here so they can experience the benefits too!

This place is amazing!! The salt cave and benefits were incredibly obvious for myself and my friend that is visiting for vacation, especially with clearing up skin issues! The couples massage was such a great experience. I got a deep tissue from Aimee & I genuinely cannot express how amazing she was!!! If you need REAL deep tissue work, request Miss Aimee & you will not be disappointed!! I will be back ((:
