I had my 1st service at Jade and Serenity Spa this week. It is definitely a hidden treasure! Triznee gave me the best massage I have ever had! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere is very inviting and calming! I will definitely be back!!!

Love the vibes! And some of the best massage therapists you'll find! Deep tissue? Relaxing? All great! Kerri has an amazing talent for finding the big underlying issues and clearing them up. She has that extra bit of knowledge that pushes her more towards that medical side of therapy. But it's still sooooo relaxing. And a very nice decor that sets the serene mood.

Shaniya did my massage and was very sweet and informative. For starters, I was greeted warmly soon as I walked into the establishment by one of the owners. I will be booking soon again because my massage and experience was a 1000/10

I just had microneedling done and it was such a great experience! My skin already feels smoother and has a nice glow, and I’m excited to see how it looks over the next few weeks. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with Sharon if you’ve been curious about trying microneedling! She’s amazing!

I got a massage here a few months ago as a gift, and it was fine. Not the best or worst I’ve had. However, they’ve now started spamming me with texts and emails about some cryo body sculpting treatment. I’ve gotten three texts and an email about it just today. I agreed to get contacted about promotions, but not blasted with weird, scammy-sounding messages that say "I can see you haven’t booked yet," telling me how many inches I can lose with this miraculous treatment for only $99 because I’m a VIP. I’ve had exactly one massage there (so obviously I’m a VIP), and I definitely wouldn’t go back after being subjected to their marketing attempts.

Had a wonderful massage with Shaniya—she was very attentive, with an excellent touch that made the whole experience relaxing and therapeutic. The Jade Spa was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the calm and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!
