Excellent customer service, my nails were perfect and my hair was phenomenal. I have to continue trying the other services, I loved the place, I recommend it. The girl who does manicure and pedicure is very professional and the one at the front desk is very friendly. Finding everything in one place is priceless.

Beware of misleading practices at Mayoli Spa. I scheduled an appointment for microblading and was required to pay a $108 deposit via Zelle. When I arrived, I was told they don’t actually offer the service. I asked for a refund since I never received anything, but they refused, saying it’s "part of their policy" to keep deposits—even if the service isn’t provided. Be very careful: They use Zelle, which offers no buyer protection—unlike credit or debit cards that allow disputes. I feel scammed, and others should be warned before booking anything with them.

Service is amazing! I love going to this Spa. Not to mention that the owners work with eyebrows is flawless! She is literally the best! The entire team is really down to earth and very welcoming! They are amongst the best people. The services provided are amazing! Can’t wait to return for my massage! Highly recommend

The service was great. I had a hydro-facial and my eyebrows. The young lady who did my facial was super sweet. Dharianna and Mayoli are the best for eye brows. Dharianna is very professional and makes sure you are happy with the outcome. I’m glad I took a chance with them. Thank you ladies.

What a great experience from the second you walk in. I have years wanting the perfect brows yet was scared of the outcome. I have to say that they are beyond perfect, wow! Not only did she make me wait almost a year for an apt. But when it was time for my apt. She tells me that I had to get more facials to improve my skin. I had already done few facials there but I believe this is just her way to try to bring more money to the spa. I took her suggestion and did additional facials. Later they said they will fit me in anytime after my facials and every-time I called they kept pushing out my apt. Until now that they said she’s pregnant and can’t do my brows until after. It took them 3 days of me requesting my deposit back and me calling to complain to get my money back. I do eyebrows myself and I would never have such poor professionalism! On top of that the reason ombré powder is so good because it’s good for all skin type. Of course the nicer your skin the better your results but to turn down clients because your face isn’t perfect I find ridiculous. Mind you, I don’t have any acne on my face. Yes I can improve my pores but that about it. If you don’t have perfect skin I wouldn’t waste my time waiting for someone that will turn you away later on.

I never do reviews but the staff at Mayoli Essential Spa deserve to be recognized. Such a wonderful experience starting with the front desk to the esthetician. Leina did an amazing job (micro-needling & plasma ) she took her time and made me feel comfortable. Definitely I’m coming back next month.
