SKN SPA Yonkers

I had a very pleasant experience at SKN SPA! Went in for a back facial. Jenny took her time and did an awesome job! She’s very accommodating to her clients needs. The room was so clean, comfortable and peaceful. I met Darren the manager. He is friendly and very appreciative of the clients. Delicious warm drink given when checking out! I look forward to going back for more services!

Disappointed. I book the first appointment of the day As a birthday gift for my mother. Establishment Clearly says it opens at 10am. They show up 25 minutes late. No apologies, giving no explanations and didn’t start working on my mom until 10:40am because the treatment rooms weren’t ready. I had dropped off my mom and would return to leave a tip. She was done with her treatment they harassed her with packages and were demanding a tip before she can even get dressed. When I got there, I expressed my anger and concerns of their actions. They didn’t seem to care. No apology. I asked for the owner and I was told that she was working on clients but yet she came around the corner just to listen to what I have to say, and never addressed my complaints. I understand the establishment’s concern concerns about the tipping situation, but there’s a better way to handle it rather than after a relaxing treatment you get harassed for a tip and pressured to get a package to return. We will not be returning…

Had my first facial here just yesterday and I’m a little disappointed to say the least. I’m not sure if booking through Groupon affected my experience but it honestly felt like it might have. I didn’t have a totally negative experience but this why I don’t think I’d ever return. To start, my aesthetician had her phone playing a show or movie during my facial. She would walk in and out of the room and leave the door slightly open leaving all the noise and light to enter my room. Not to mention that customers can literally see me as they walk past my room. My room didn’t have any music playing either so I was forced to listen to all the outside noise which was super loud for some reason. She was definitely rougher than I’d like. I did have to ask her to be softer with me. Overall, I don’t feel like this is the right spa for me. It wasn’t the relaxing and blissful experience I was expecting and used to having.

I've been going to Cecilia for about a year for facials. She is thorough, honest, and professional. I appreciate that she gives practical and helpful tips and recommendations. My skin has visibly improved and I owe it to Cecilia's magic!

I had an amazing experience. Laura did my first facial and she was very informative and lovely to help me create a better daily routine. She had very gentle hands which was nice for my first time. It was very relaxing that I fell asleep and I felt refreshed and a new person when I got up. I recommend!!!

I love this spa! I have been coming to this spa since about 2016 (started at their previous location). I was given a gift certificate to them for my birthday and I have been hooked ever since. This is the only spa I come to! Cecilia is the best! She’s knowledgeable and actually cares about your skin! Not only are they great at facials but also at massages. Definitely recommend.

Laura gave me an amazing facial a week ago. It’s been the best one I’ve ever received so far! She was very attentive and thorough, explained to me everything that was going on. Suzy was super sweet, too, and walked me through everything. They give you tea at the end with a little mint, which is a very nice treat and surprise.
