I recently stopped into Total Massage 5 while waiting for the mall to open and decided to try a 20-minute chair massage for $25. It was fantastic! The masseuse really focused on my neck and shoulders, getting deep into the muscles. It was the perfect way to relax and work out some tension before starting my day. Highly recommend!

I paid for 60 min. The lady told me 45 into massage she was done but I can pay for more time. I said sure and did the 90 minutes. I had paid before I ever went back so when I was finished with massage I had to go back to the register and pay for the added time. I hit no tip, because I tipped previously. She literally asked me why "no tip". I told her I had tipped her previously. She showed me the previous receipt as if the tip was not good enough. I told her I’ll go grab cash to tip her out of my car. As I walked out and opened my car door, I realize the lady followed me out and was waiting for the tip. This is super unprofessional. I told her I don’t need her to follow me out. After she went in, I grabbed cash to go back in and tip her extra. However, I decided not to tip her because the way she handled this situation was absurd. I know a lot of people who do business here, so please try to do better!

I paid for my service and the man didn't want to give me my change which was twenty dollars. I do tip but trying to force me to give you what you want is wild. Never will go back. Do better! This was after having a bad experience at the other location

Three of us walked in and they were able to get us in instantly! We all got deep tissue Swedish massages and they did such a great job! Each masseuse applied a generous amount of pressure on our tight spots, which was amazing! It was affordable and honestly one of the best massages we have had
