Capital District Massage

I’ve had two great massages with Lena and I will continue to patronize this business. The massage tables are very plush, the oil is warmed, and Lena is on time, very polite, and an excellent masseuse. The price point allows me to visit more often than I would normally able to afford at some of the local spas. I found this location through a Google search and I was happy I tried it out. There is ample parking in the back of the business so you don’t have to worry about that either. Already looking forward to my next massage.

Lena is a very talented masseuse! Would highly recommend. Only thing I'd ever recommend is maybe have the option for a white noise maker as sometimes you can hear people coming and going, and talking in the foyer area while in the massage room. Will always come back, she is great!

My husband and I have had several 2 hour couples massages. Each time has been a pleasure. Lena and Kristina are a good mixture of techniques and depth of touch. Thank you so much lovely ladies!

Capital District Massage is one of the best massage parlors in the Capital Region. Lena and Kristine truly pay attention to each of their clients need and make sure your body is feeling rejuvenated! Highly recommend.

I had a lower back pain today, searched for a massage place in Albany, and I'm glad this business popped up in 1st place. I made a reservation on the same day. Lena worked on all my muscles and tissues with a focus on my lower back. She went above and beyond as she realized my body needed some extra TLC. I totally recommend this place. Lena puts a personal touch, which makes it such a relaxing, professional, and enjoyable experience. Ten out of ten!

I have been to see Lena on more than one occasion. Each massage was very relaxing and made my aching back feel so much better. She is very professional and has a firm touch despite being a petite woman. She is also a good conversationalist, which helped me to relax. Lena made me feel welcome. I would definitely go back again!

Had a 75 minute deep massage a few weeks ago with Kristina. It was excellent and I am still loose. Had not had a massage in over a year. Have great pricing and can’t wait to go back. Definitely recommend!
