Nate and the Waterworks staff are awesome! Our family, including multiple generations have worked with them on different purchases over the years, and they have always been a great team to work with. They know their products and provide details to help you decide what is the best fit for your needs. They explain pricing and financing clearly. And they make delivery and installation easy and painless. Even their delivery and assembly crew was very polite and a fun group. And to top it off, they keep my toddler chaos crew entertained in the showroom, and know them by name, which is more than you'd expect from a sales staff. We are repeat customers and will be going forward. We highly recommend Waterworks for your spa or sauna needs!

My husband and I live in Fairbanks, and we traveled to Anchorage to explore sauna options. With our travel time, we weren't able to go to the store during regular hours. We made an appointment with Nate. He is very knowledgeable about both hot tubs and saunas, and he took his time explaining all of the options even though it was outside of normal working hours. Once we decided upon a sauna, Nate and his team helped organize shipping to Fairbanks and then checked in to make sure our sauna was working. Making a large purchase from a distance can be anxiety-inducing, but Nate and Alyssa made it easy. I would absolutely recommend buying from The Waterworks, even for people living outside of the Anchorage area.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience purchasing a sauna from Waterworks. It’s rare that a major purchase like this goes smoothly and without hitches but this was made possible through the efforts of Nate Droemer. We first looked at saunas on July 16 and by August 14 the sauna was installed and ready to use! Nate provided product manuals and detailed instructions for financing and contractors including relevant information (contacts, telephone numbers, and website links). Financing with GreenSky was easy and painless. He kept us informed every step of the way (even communicating after hours!) and coordinated with contractors to ensure work was completed on the agreed schedule. It was a pleasure to work with Nate and the Waterworks team. Kudos to a business well run and a devoted employee.

Waterworks did a wonderful job from start to finish. We had many details that needed to be addressed and their communication and efficiency was excellent. They even went out of their way to help us save money by connecting us with another customer needing a forklift rental as well. We were very pleased with the whole process and with the final product! We would definitely recommend them to others.

I walked into this place super nervous about buying a hot tub but this team made me feel very welcomed, like family. Nate is awesome and wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase and let me tell you I bounced around alot with my decision until I sat in my new tub that I fell in love with. It was a little more then what I wanted to spend but in the end Nate made sure I was going to be happy with my purchase and I am. Nate even had me go to their Eagle River show room to sit in the tub I thought I wanted, got to talking with Mark out there and he was very helpful as well. I can't wait for it to be delivered and set up. Alyssa is super helpful as well, I love that they do a hot tub care class to help you educate yourself on how to take good care of your new hot tub. Tim came out and checked out where my tub is going which made me feel even better. Kali is hands down awesome as well! I never thought walking into a hot tub place that I would be treated like family! I would 1000% recommend this team! I went with the Martinique and I'm excited! Update: Now that I have had my hot tub for 3 weeks.....it's the best decision I have made! And anytime I am unsure of something, this team is always welcoming of those questions and will help you solve any questions or concerns!

Nate is amazing to work with at Waterworks. His extensive knowledge of EVERYTHING in that showroom is amazing! His communication and helpfulness throughout the whole process of purchasing and owning our new Tylo Sauna is top notch!!! We love the family feel of Waterworks and we will be back!
