SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio

Truly enjoyed my experience! The sauna, vitamin C shower, and cold plunge was amazing. So grateful for Imani, she was so helpful and kind . Immediately signed up for a membership. Can’t wait to come back

First time visiting SwearHouz, definitely 10/10, customer service was great. Very clean and quiet place to go relax and unwind after a long week of work and workouts. Highly recommend if you’ve never been before.

Omg! Best experience ever.I'm not exaggerating. Don’t walk run to experience this place. Malia (hope I spelled it correctly) was at the front desk when I arrived and made my visit nothing less of amazing. The personal suite was such a luxurious experience including the vitamin C shower after. I also tried the cold plunge. First visit but it definitely won’t be my last. I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the week ahead. Thank you so much!

Love it!!! This was my first time visiting this location. I loved the private Suite with the infrared sauna and vitamin C shower. I also did 15 minute Hydromassage and red light therapy. It was so relaxing and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and very professional. I’ll definitely be returning.

I've been going to SweatHouz West Midtown for over 6 months and have enjoyed the sessions. The facilities are mostly clean but could use a deeper clean. Unfortunately, the customer service was severely lacking. There was a lot of miscommunication on their end about my membership, and I could never get anyone on the phone to help or someone who knew what was going on. I lost a full month of unused membership and was charged for another even though my account was on pause. When I finally got in contact with someone, they said nothing could be done about it so I lost 7-8 sessions. If I rejoin in the future, I’ll go to the Buckhead location despite the further drive for their great customer service.

The private rooms are clean. I love the option to listen to the music of your choice while enjoying the infrared sauna. 😉💯

The staff, especially Tracie, was always very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were always super clean and everything always worked perfectly. I loved using the cold plunge, infrared sauna and recovery room on days that time allowed or just popping in for a sauna session on days when time was limited. The parking is super easy and they provide validation for an hour and a half. Highly recommend 10/10!
