Myo Massage, Acupuncture and Movement

As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the general, pleasant vibe of the place. I had a 60-minute myo massage, which was an actual hour, unlike some places. I saw Melody and they did a fantastic job overall, with special attention to my painful areas, which felt better by the next day after only one visit. I will happily be returning.

My sister-in-law has been coming here for a number of years and won't go anywhere else. She was spot on when she recommended I go here for a great massage. I have had several massages here and highly recommend their team, particularly Kelso if you have any injuries or pain. He is very knowledgeable about the body and muscles and doesn't just work on the area of pain, but knows which muscles are likely to lead into the issue or be in stress because of it and works on those, as well. He also does a fantastic job of getting the smaller muscles that a lot of massage therapists often miss and I've never had someone so skilled at working on muscles that are often very sensitive and difficult to have worked on, like the hip flexors. He is very skilled at getting them loosened up without you needing to brace yourself through it! He does great deep pressure but checks in continually throughout the massage to understand how you are feeling with the pressure and what you need. Could not recommend him enough!!!

The ambiance, the masseuse and her kind disposition and knowledge, the tea…Just Wonderful! I needed a relaxing environment, a sweet masseuse with the right energy and abilities and that's what I received! So grateful my good friend gifted me a massage!!

First time here, and received The Myo massage. Summer was my masseuse, and she was fantastic. She hit all the right spots, changed pressures when I needed, and checked in with me the right amount of times for preferences. Highly recommend her and this spot.

Highly recommend Tara White for a Sports Massage. I was visiting Austin from overseas a few years ago and booked in with Tara after I’d pulled a muscle really badly in my back and had endured weeks of pain, unable to get medical treatment in the US. She made me feel a million times better. She really listened and was able to completely alleviate the pain by some miracle, I still look back and wish I could’ve thanked her more but I left feeling so amazing! Thank you Tara!

Thank you Redditors for the recommendation! I was able to book with Hunter for a deep tissue and their head massage the "Head Trip". She did such a great job. The pressure was perfect and she really listened to my concerns and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. She even massaged spots I never knew would need like my armpit area. Unique, and it felt so nice. Pricing is very reasonable. Tipping is optional. It was worth every penny. I would absolutely come back if I lived in Austin.

The front desk was welcoming and kind, the atmosphere was relaxing and aesthetic, and the massage was a fantastic experience! I felt safe, respected, and comfortable through all parts of my time here and would absolutely recommend this to anyone else seeking massage services
