Jacob is an amazing massage therapist, and is very respectful and careful! I have anxiety, and have had negative experiences (grabbing me inappropriately) with massage therapists in the past. I appreciate him, and i hope his other clients do too.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. I originally scheduled because of the excellent reviews, but my experience did not match that expectation. Reasons: 1- dog present and making disruptive noises 2- painful technique. Not pressure related. Rolling/snapping muscles repeatedly. 3 - time cut by a few minutes which is always frustrating when you’re essentially paying a per minute price. I also shared the feedback in person, but it was met with very defensive responses, essentially summarized as saying, "everyone else likes my work." Fair enough, but I personally I would NOT recommend. There are a number of other facilities that offer a better experience in Austin.

Absolutely one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Jacob is very intuitive and was able to work on my back and neck effectively. The space was great and convenient too, and the cute pup was a bonus. Will absolutely return when I’m back in Austin, for a longer massage!

I absolutely amazing hands-down, one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. Thank you so very much Jacob appreciate it you know traditionally, when you go to a mall or something like that they are using their elbow and forearms and not really giving a good massage just pressure. Jacob actually got the bothered area. Worked it out again hands-down one of the best massages I’ve ever had definitely will be going back here. I encourage everybody in anybody to try it out at least once promise you you will not be disappointed
