Alexis is such a great nail tech! I always enjoy getting services done by her because I can always count on quality work and a pleasant experience! Before I started seeing her my nails were in not the best condition and now they are so long and strong! I am very impressed. I recommend her to a lot of my close friends and family because I trust her so much!

I absolutely love coming to Euro Tan to get any of the services they offer! The atmosphere is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Everyone there is professional and kind, but Ashley truly stands out as my favorite. She always does my waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results every single time. She’s extremely skilled, thorough, and gentle, making what could be an uncomfortable experience feel quick and easy. Lately, she has also been encouraging me to try spray tans. I haven’t gotten one yet, but I’m definitely planning to try it soon! Ashley always has a positive attitude and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease, no matter what service you’re getting. Her friendly personality, combined with her years of experience, make her someone I completely trust with myself care needs. She’s also great at giving tips and answering any questions I have. One of the best parts about being a client is the easy monthly payment program. They run a credit system based on your monthly membership. Those credits build up month over month for services. I recently went to EuroPhoria for the first time and my whole experience was amazing. From the booking with Ashley who helped me decide on if a booth spray tan or custom spray tan was best for me down to the actual spray tan it was over all a perfect first experience and I will definitely go back for more. I spoke to Ashley on the phone to book my appointment and she was so friendly and helpful giving me the details on the different between a booth spray tan and a custom spray tan. I went with custom. Then I got spray tanned for my wedding at the Stockdale location by Erin, she was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time doing a custom spray so I thought it would be awkward having someone spray me but It wasn’t at all. She made my skin so glowy and even for my perfect day.

I have been going to Eurotan Spa since 2015. The service is amazing. I’ve never had a bad visit. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I love the tanning beds because you don’t burn. I’ve gotten great results is just a few sessions. The facials are amazing because I have super dry skin. They offer great facial products too. The facial products are the best I’ve ever used. I won’t go back to generic facial products in stores because they don’t work for me. You get what you pay for and it’s totally worth it!! I love it. Thanks to the staff for always giving great service.

I went in to have a pedicure and was told I needed an appointment. I kindly waited while one of the receptionist finished scheduling several appointments for another client while the other receptionist kept her back turned away. I sat down to make sure I was not in the walkway. Several additional clients came inside and out of the rooms after their appointments and were assisted. I finally walked up to the counter and was greeted by the receptionist who initially had her back turned away when I first arrived. Apparently she decided to assist after other clients arrived. Anyway, the initial receptionist approached after I informed the receptionist I was waiting to schedule a pedicure, after I asked her if she had forgotten I was waiting she apologized. I didn’t buy the fact that she forgot about me because there’s only two chairs in the waiting room and the area is rather small. There’s no way she didn’t see me sitting there patiently waiting. Basically, I felt offended and out of place being an African American woman in this establishment. Because apparently my request for service didn’t appear as important as the other Caucasian women since they were immediately assisted. I will not be returning and do not recommend this facility.
