Mend Acupuncture - Quarry Lake

I give Mend Acupuncture my highest recommendation—especially for teachers and school staff. Tamara, at the Quarry Lake location, is absolutely wonderful. From online scheduling to convenient locations and top-notch customer service, Mend makes the entire experience seamless. The calm, relaxing decor and peaceful vibe only add to the experience. And they accept insurance! As an educator who’s been a loyal fan for years, I can honestly say Mend is my go-to, whether I’m hoping to sleep better, reduce stress, or ease a stiff neck. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it — I actually fall asleep during my session.

I frequent MEND for acupuncture, but haven’t tried their massage treatments. I had THE BEST experience with Jessica. She took everything I shared in my quick bio to her into such consideration. Her techniques show a deep understanding of the body and her extensive experience as a massage therapist. I learned a few new things about my body and what I can do at home to better support myself. I have been seeing Alexandra McElwee at Mend off and on for several years in times of need, or if a ‘tune-up’ is needed. She’s wonderful - listens well, is patient, and comprehensive - and I always notice a +change after each of my visits. We seem to pick up where we left off each time I come back, which I’m really grateful for! Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Booking is easy through the app. Love that insurance is accepted. Peaceful environment with professional staff. It was my first acupuncture experience and it was just what I expected. I saw a difference in pain within the first 10 mins. It was gone when the needles were removed. Danni was kind, professional and empathic. Great experience for pain that has been with me a long time.
