Ming Spa

Every time I am in town, I go to Mings. No matter my pain level, I walk out feeling great. I always start with my feet in a warm bath, followed by reflexology on my feet. While my feet are soaking, I get some neck and shoulder massage. It is heavenly. When I am done with that time, I move to one of the backrooms for my massage. Deep tissue, including hot stones. Wow! I leave feeling like a million bucks with no pain. They have a package for every budget.

This is my first visit to Ming Spa.. I do not recommend this place. I went for a 1-hour massage. After preparing in the room, the therapist arrived and I used an English to Mongolian translator to let her know about my stiff neck and lower back that needed focus. Her name is tina. I am sure she has zero massage training. On a scale of 10 she applied the pressure of 1. I asked if she is going to be able to do more pressure through the translator, and she said I will go get my boss. It was obvious she had no idea how to give a massage. Another older lady came in and took over the massage. She was able to apply more pressure, but she demonstrated no massage technique skill. On my way out I noted that all of the certificates and credentials are for somebody named Jin chang. I asked the lady who did my massage if she was Gin chang, and she said no. 70.00 for a 1-hour massage is market price but not when the therapist have no massage training. I gave two stars because both therapists we're very kind and polite. Find a place where the massage therapist actually have training

I have been here several times and have always had a really great massage. My grandmother was having some issues with her shoulders so I decided to take her for her first message ever and she absolutely loved it. They made her feel very comfortable. We both got wonderful massages. Thank you.

My wife and I went to ming spa to get an hour massage. We did not get an hour it only lasted 45 mins. Then the lady that was ringing us out threw a fit cause I choose not to tip for poor service. We will not be returning.

I've been here several times in the past, it's generally my go-to for a full body massage every two or three months. Every single time has been absolutely amazing except for today. I've never had a more mediocre experience. I wish I got the girl's name so I know not to go with her anymore. She missed the trouble muscle groups and sounded exasperated when I requested the massage be a little harder. But the absolute kicker is the one-hour massage was less than 40 minutes. I parked my car at 410pm, got the massage, and left. I didn't notice the time until I stopped at the gas station across the street and checked the time. It was 452pm. As much as I loved my other experiences here, I'm not sure if I can go back. I'm extremely disappointed, waste of $60.

Normally, my experience has been positive. However, this past Sunday I went for a full body massage and there was only 1 employee. She had to leave the room multiple times throughout the massage, had to answer the phone 4 times and finally just talked on the phone with one hand and gave me a massage with the other. About 35 minutes in I just told her I would come back another time. I requested that she give me a discount and was willing to pay half, which was $30. She said her boss wouldn’t let her. I realize it wasn’t her fault they were understaffed, but to be unwilling to give me a discount was inexcusable.

Not a bad place. I rarely go to places like this but today I just needed it. Got the full body. Would definitely recommend this after a long day of work.
